Everything went very smoothly. The puppy didn’t seem stressed when it arrived at all.
What a wonderful team at Pawrade. From Tanya to Ashlee to Donna, they were all wonderful. They kept in the loop throughout the entire process and the breeder even sent me updated pictures and video while we were anxiously awaiting our new little girl. I would highly recommend them. The breeder that had my puppy was first class.
Would leave a 5 but I felt She was on the road way too long because someone wasn’t there to take their puppy! My puppy was on the road over 15 hours longer because of these inconsiderate pet owners! Thank goodness she is a happy, sassy little girl but it was a long ride!
Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. Professional but personal at the same time. Lovely individuals at each stage. Phenomenal communication and paperwork with very detailed steps and instructions. Will recommend Pawrade as the only place to look for their newest family member!!

The process was easy and professional. The transport person Andrew called gave me a tracker to follow their trip and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I would definitely recommend Pawrade.
Another wonderful experience with Parade. They make the process so simple. I was able to select my puppy, complete the sale and make arrangements to have my new boy delivered to my home in a short amount of time. If I ever want to get another puppy, I would do it with Pawrade again.
This is the 2nd time we have used Pawrade and just as the first time the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone is always so helpful and nice to work with. The transport service was excellent as well. We could not have asked for anything more.
Thank you for all that your teams have done to make the transportation and delivery of my new baby poodle and wonderful blessing and experience. This was a seamless endeavor, handled professionally and with loving care. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me and my little girl Simone (aka) Daisy. She arrived at 2:15 AlM!!!!! And two days early!!!!! But was glad to get her. She hasn’t come out of her crate yet but there is some movement.

We just picked up our new puppy. The breeders were so nice and caring. The process can be a bit nerve wracking as you do not receive the breeders information until just prior to pick up but Pawrade was very responsive to any concerns and the transaction went smooth. We are overjoyed with our new girl.

It takes a bit once you choose one. A lot of things that need to be done to make sure the pet you get is in good health. You can be confident you’re getting what you pay for.

Love Walter and the process was acceptable. Unfortunately Walter arrived with Bronchitis and a parasite. We took him to the Vet before his scheduled appointment as required by Pawrade. His bronchitis has gotten better but he is still on medications for both illnesses.

I'm very pleased with Coral (Havanese). In fact, extremely happy to have such a puppy. I started this whole process with a lot of doubt and worry. Is this for real? Am I really trusting a website to purchase a dog? I spent months looking for a dog; rescue centers throughout California and different breeders. I've wanted a Havanese for a long time but was considering another breed because there are so few breeders in Ca. I talked to a few Pawrade agents and finally bit the bullet and reserved Coral (now Buttercup). Emailed owners - they sent photos and information of parents. The delivery service was excellent. Fantastic guys. Paperwork went smoothly. All in all EXCELLENT!
This was my first experience buying an animal through a website and Pawrade made it the best, smoothest transaction and overall experience. There was so much communication with Pawrade team members to ensure our puppy’s health was great, to make inform us of his diet, medical records, pet insurance, we were informed each step of the purchase process all the way to organizing his travel home. I highly recommend Pawrade! We are sooo happy to have our new fur baby with us and I will definitely use Pawrade to bring another fur baby home in the future!
