I loved how helpful the agents were and how nice everyone in this company was! This was a great experience with video chatting and seeing the puppy before purchase! The only thing I had trouble with was the transportation, but transportation was with another company and they took longer than expected and they also went to the wrong address. But everything with pawrade itself was great! My dog is soo good and healthy !

Finding and getting our new puppy on Pawrade was a great experience. The staff was so helpful and easily to get in touch with. The breeder was awesome! The entire process was so easy! I really liked not having to put a deposit down and then wait for the litter. Being able to see the puppies before buying allowed me to choose the exact puppy I was looking for. I recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy!

I love my new puppy Maggie! Here's what I found difficult in the Pawrade process: 1. From date of purchase to delivery day was 12 days...I think Pawrade should let you know how long the driving method of delivery will take BEFORE having to choose car transport vs air transport vs pick up. I would have chosen differently. Also - she was picked up at 10 pm and delivered at 1:30 am two days later (27.5 hrs and no food was given to her according to transporters). Does not seem appropriate. In regard to my questions being answered - either the breeder didn't get asked my questions or the breeder didn't care enough to answer. I never received a 2nd video or answers to whether she was being crate trained, using potty pads or living in a barn outside. Any new owner would want to know what was being taught up until that point. We took her to vet, but I don't see where to upload this vet visit info. MetLife doesn't cover SC - does this mean I don't have to upload?

We recently adopted our dream puppy, Winston through Pawrade. Every segment of our experience from choosing the puppy until delivery from Texas to Florida was seamless. We had an opportunity to talk to the breeder who is superb. We adopted an Aussie doodle and he is healthy, already potty trained, very smart and A wonderful family friend.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. We reserved our puppy on a Sunday and picked her up from the airport the next Friday. We were contacted by several different people from the company during each step of the process. Everything was explained well and we received alot of information. My only complaint would be that we had some questions for the breeder that we didn't get an answer to. She did come with her health certificate and shot records.

From the very first interaction the staff at Pawrade were friendly, professional and supportive. We likely had more questions than most as we picked our pup and then the breeder kept him for two months as we were travelling. And we live half of the year in Canada which made it a bit more complicated. With all the vetting they do for breeders, vaccinations, health, etc. the process is quite stress free. They happily connected us with the breeder so we could ask questions to help confirm our decision. We felt like they had our best interests at heart at all times. Chico has been with us for just four days and he is already part of the family. Thanks, Pawrade for bringing us together!

I couldn't be more pleased! I had been looking for a companion for my 2 yr old male Aussiedoodle (Bobo) for months. I needed a very small female puppy and just couldn't find one young enough. I came across Pawrade last week and found a 14-week-old female Aussiedoodle (Betsy). There was a profile on the parents and she was estimated to be around 10 lbs full grown. She's only 4 lbs currently and beautiful. They delivered her a little after 4:00 a.m. this morning. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and professional. They contacted me daily with updates and instructions and kept me informed on her progress with final vet check and transport schedule. I trust Pawrade implicitley and highly recommend this service.

The staff at Pawrade was very helpful, until I paid for the puppy. I planned to drive from my home in Austin to pick up the puppy and I needed information about the seller's location in order to plan my trip and make hotel reservations. I called several staff members who acted as liaison to the seller prior to my final purchase, but was unable to reach any of them. I finally received the information about the puppy's location, which was quite some distance beyond where I had been told she was. That resulted in a last-minute scramble on my part and the part of the seller to find a place to meet for the puppy exchange. Your policy of not informing the buyer until two or three days before the scheduled pick-up day of the seller's and puppy's location is a very bad policy and resulted in much aggravation on my part. I hesitate to recommend you to anyone because of that policy!

I was disappointed with this process. After paying for the puppy, we were informed of another huge fee for transporting. Then the only time they would contact me it was for requesting items needed (like verification of identity or monies) which was fine, but I kept posting questions and asking when I had them on the line. They kept saying they would check with someone to get back to me and/ or they would find out and call me back. I asked several questions surrounding the transportation and they were supposed to get back to me several times. I was not contacted until the day after they were supposed to pick up the puppy. Also I noticed there was a discrepancy with the mother's weight and asked. I was told 28 lbs was the correct and not the 37 lbs that was listed elsewhere. Then I noticed it was changed on the website to the 37 lbs. This whole process and the communication was horrible and I would not recommend this experience to any one -especially with how much I spent.

Our new family member arrived by a puppy nanny (great service wonderful nanny person) and she was happy healthy and a joy. She arrived later in the evening after a very long day of ground and air travel and has fit in so well (and trained us to her wants and needs) that our transition to a new member of the family was easy and enjoyable. We love our new puppy (Libby as renamed) and look forward to many years of fun and affection with her.

Our pup is awesome, he arrived healthy and we love him. Getting him was not as smooth. Our pup is 6 months old already and large, so could not fly. We chose "Pampered ground delivery" which is done by a third party. I get that they need to take multiple pups to make it worthwhile, but they assured us they will take an efficient route so the pup doesn't spend too many days stuck in a car. Our pickup was on a Tuesday in south Missouri (I am in CT) and they provided GPS tracking. After heading straight north to Minnesota/Wisconsin, etc we were given an estimate of Friday delivery. I woke early Friday and our pup was less than 2 hours away in southern NY, close enough to drive to if they had provided any notice. Instead they went north, through NH, to Maine, then Boston and Cape Cod, circling back to me at 2 AM. In the middle of the night, terrified, confused, with an extra 18 hrs of driving, is no way for a new pup to get introduced to a new home. That stunk but we love our new pup.

We love our new Aussiedoodle! Ace arrived in good health with a decent appetite. We've had him a week and Ace already walks on a leash and is crate and potty trained. The process of selecting, purchasing, and receiving Ace was great. We were sent lots of information and Pawrade members responded quickly when we had a question. My new puppy is really cute. The process of getting him is pretty smooth with good instructions. I understand some new owners have zoom calls before getting the puppies, would have liked to have done that. Travel took longer than expected due to scheduling and weather conditions on the way, but the puppy is no worse for wear. On the whole, I am satisfied with the service and I found the puppy that I wanted for a long time.
