PAWRADE IS TRULY PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! From the moment we began our journey with Pawrade the experience fantastic!! Initially my girlfriend and I were just looking into bringing home a new family member and in a matter of weeks that went from a thought to a reality. We were initially interested in an Aussiedoodle and I asked for more information. I received a message the next morning and a call the next day, which was a Saturday, from Dan who didn't want me to wait till Monday to get my questions answered. The customer experience at Pawrade is second to none. From the first moment I spoke to a Pawrade representative to after I brought our pup home I felt that they all truly cared about me, my family, my pup, and the business they are in. As someone who is very particular about who I do business with Pawrade exceeded my expectations. Any future pups will come from Pawrade as well.

Buyer beware. I was told I was getting a F1 standard Aussiedoodle. At 4 months old, he has the size and weight of a Toy Assuiedoodle and not a standard (10 pounds rather than 25 pounds). My VET said there are no medical issues, so they cannot be related to his lack of weight gain.

Ron, unfortunately there is no way to guarantee the size of your puppy as an adult. Greyson is an F1 Standard Aussiedoodle and his parents were 50 and 60 pounds. He is happy & healthy and that is our number one priority.

The payment snd pick up communication was easy. Unfortunately, once that peice is done there is no additional follownup to answer questions. I requested a call and emailed for additional information on breeder vetting pricess to ensure the No Puppymill Pledge and never got a response.

We are EXTREMELY happy with Sue. Pawrade, Petpay and the courier service did a wonderful job all the way through the purchase and delivery process. Sue arrived healthy and happy. She and Genevive the cat are getting along quite well. We would not hesitate to look for another dog thru Pawrade again and will be happily recommending them to other people who may be looking for a new fur baby.

Entire process from beginning to end was above exceptional. Beth, Lara were excellent with communicating with me even with my constant emails. All emails were answered immediately. The communication with Puzzle Pieces carriers was also outstanding. Lisa kept me informed of their travel location, how Millie, now named Pippi Jeanne, was doing and even sent me pictures of my new baby girl. I am beyond pleased and my heart is full. ❤ Thank you isn't enough but THANK YOU again!!!

I was impressed with all the contacts, helpful advice, and follow up. I did have a lot of different interaction with more than one contact which slowed the process down because of my firewall (not their fault but it did cause a few issues). All in all, well done and I love my puppy! Thanks so much.

Everyone we worked with at pawrade was eager to help us with our dog. They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with an online purchase. This is a first for us. A couple of items for improvement. First. It would have been better to have only dealt with one person through the whole process vs. having different people contact us at each step. Second. We were given Wichita as the location early in the process then were given the breeders information 24 hours before pick up. We understand the need to protect the breeder but we found out on the road that we had booked lodging 3 hours past the actual location. We were able to change our reservation to a closer city but still lost money on the first room as it was inside of the cancellation policy when we found out.

Pawrade was amazing through the process of selecting our new fur-baby. Extremely patient, polite and kind with the many questions that we had! I did a ton of on-line research to insure we went through a legitimate company as there are so many fraudulent sites out on the Web, through Facebook and Instagram. But not Pawrade, they are definitely a legitimate professional company that has everything in order to insure you safely get the puppy you choose! I would definitely refer them and will be where I go in the future for our next pup ;-)

Pawrade did a great job in getting my new best friend, Jackson, safely to me. Everyone I had contact with were so helpful and wonderful to work with- Beth, Sandra, Lisa, and Todd who drove my Jackson from Missouri to NJ. This is a super bunch of compassionate, knowledgeable, and just great all-around pleasant people. I was a royal pain in the neck but they understood all of my questions and concerns. Communication was not great around communication (timing or pickup and during transportation). Puppy was examined less than 13 hours after arrival and came back with a parasite. Puppy was delivered smelling like pee.

Stacey, we are so sorry to hear Toby arrived not in perfect health! I confirmed he did have a negative fecal test right before he traveled, however the fecal test will only detect parasites as the time of the test. There is an incubation period of up to 10 days for some parasites, so it's possible they weren't showing yet in the fecal test. Regardless, we want to make sure you are covered under our comprehensive health guarantee. Please send us the paperwork from your vet to support@petpay.com and we will be in touch soon!

Puppy arrived at 2am and the transport couple were so kind.The only issue was the timing but I understand because they do travel all over delivering puppies.Puppy is happy and one active little girl.

We had a great experience with pawrade. The two people we worked with primarily were Lindsey and Lisa. Both were responsive and helpful throughout the process and did all they could to make Frankies transition to his new home as seamless and anxiety free as possible. Frank is a good pup and we already love him too much. This review could have been a 5 star but there was a lack of communication regarding Frank's arrival and that created unnecessary concern…all turned out well in the end but it could have been less stressful with a couple of text messages from the transportation company. Frank arrived in good health and good spirits although he did have infections in both ears when we took him to the vet the next morning. All he needed was a good cleaning and some antibiotic drops and he is all better. Overall a good experience.

Hi Pawrades Team! Your are simply incredible. You were so on top of my puppy and getting him home to us quickly and safe as possible. Thank you for always communicating with me and giving instructions how to take care of my baby. We named him Monci Junior, MJ for short. We picked him up last night and has been such a joy to our family. I am forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart for everything.

We're so happy with Forrest!! Finding, purchasing,and flying to pick up Forrest and his brother Griffin was definitely nerve-racking and Pawrade/ Pet Pay was an asset not only in representing a terrific breeder (who we met when we picked up the pups) but navigating the initial purchase and follow up, including specifics about caring for the pups and recommendations from the breeder with food, nutrition, etc. Forrest is amazing and so smart already within the first 10 days! We love him and Griffin. They're such a great addition to our home. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that after the purchase, it seemed that the ball was dropped during the coordinating of transport/ picking the pups up.

I got a puppy with a campylobacter infection and spent two days in the hospital. Very unhappy. Almost lost my job. I expect some kind of refund
