I had a great experience! I have been looking for an aussiedoodle for while and Pawrade helped me find the perfect puppy that was great for my family. Everyone was so helpful and kind and I would recommend you to anyone - actually I already have to a few friends that are looking. They contacted us a lot throughout the process, which was really nice. The only issue we had was there might have been a little too much contact at some points because it seemed as though there were 2-3 people contacting us asking the same questions. But I would rather have too much communication than not enough. Pup came to us in a timely manner and perfectly healthy. We love having the little one around.
We are thrilled to have her join our family! She is beautiful and arrived right on time. Thank you Pawrade!!!

I have to admit I was a little bit skeptical at 1st, But after we were introduced to Morgan as our point of contact, things went very smoothly and we are very very happy with our new puppy! The pampered ground delivery service who brought us our puppy was awesome as well! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!
Do Not listen to the negative reviews. Everything went so smoothly it was unbelievable. I am an avid reviewer and reader of reviews and I can tell you the people on here are impatient with the delivery time and process. They also didn't follow directions from pawrade or do research on the kind of dog they were getting. We got an Aussie Poodle mix and everything from the purchase to him coming home today was AMAZING!!!! We chose this breed because they are smart and easy to train. He has been home for less than 1 day and he is already responsive to the clicker and basic commands. The travel person came right to our door and he was hand delivered. I know some folks complained about travel, but it's because they went a more affordable direction soooo again patients was missing. I hope pawrade gets this to the top of their review list for another family to read and get their new addition to their family.

Using your service we are satisfied. Delivery once scheduled went through Without a hitch. Puppy was delivered on time only knock was supposed to receive a blanket and collar she didn't have either.only thing communications at the start we didn't quite understand What was happening or procedures. A little worried but then we received the all ok call and explained the process no Problems after that. Puppy is awesome and exceeded our expectations

Great costumer service
So happy with my experience with Pawrade and Shannon and Beth and everyone who helped with getting our puppy. She is no longer Petunia, she is now our sweet little Karley. She is doing good with her brother Dakota. They are starting to get along great. Thank you so much for helping us get our girl. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone looking a fur baby.

I'm sure I was just like everybody else here in the beginning. Wondering if this was a scam? Well let me put your mind at ease, this is far from a scam! From the very first interaction to the last interaction this experience was nothing more than amazing. Renee R. Was my pet travel concierge's and she was AMAZING! I feel that Renee went the extra mile. She truly has a compassion for her job and it shows. We received our baby as scheduled without any problems. I WILL highly recommend pawrade to everyone I know. On our way home with our new puppy now! Everything went smoothly with pawrade and the breeder. Our new pup is one handsome fella and sweet as can be. Love him!
The process of viewing and purchasing our puppy Atticus was very seamless. What started out, on a Sunday night, as just browsing a site to look at puppies, quickly turned into putting down a deposit. Communication is everything to me and from the beginning it has been top notch. From inquiring about the puppy and receiving a response within minutes, down to the delivery of the puppy. Given the fact that we started look at Atticus (formerly Moose) in early February, at that point he was only 8 weeks old, we knew it would be some time before he would be delivered to us. From the initial purchase, to the concierge service of receiving a person to communicate with via the breeder and another to help organize his travel, I couldn't be happier. There was never a time I reached out that my questions weren't answered. Our puppy has had his first vet visit and all came back well with our pup. I couldn't be happier. If you are looking to purchase a pup, Pawrade is the way to go.
He is a happy healthy puppy and the contacts at Pawrade are terrific- snafu with the travel dept though. Not great communication and my pup was delivered to the incorrect address and at 6:00 in the morning!

I wanted to find a puppy Aussiedoodle and found one. Everyone walked me through the process and I just love my Lucy Lu. I flew out to Indianapolis to pick her up and all worked smoothly (except for the weather).

The only issue was had was getting straight answers or getting answers at all. That's it. Otherwise everything was great!
Everyone was very responsive, helpful and friendly.
Employees was very helpful during the purchase of Rudy now Noah Blue.
I found the responsiveness to be excellent prior to purchasing Jax and felt like all of my questions were answered. There was not as much proactive communication after we purchased Jax and there was confusion around his transportation and when he would arrive. That portion of the transaction made us uncomfortable. However, we are happy with Jax. One thing to flag - we brought him to the vet today and he has tape worm. I'll reach out to the breeder as well so the other puppies in the litter can be checked.
