Payment by PetPay.com is easy with including all fees clear and understanding. Pawrade has puppy health insurance included in the total price I don't like it tied with Metlife insurance for pet.

In a world of scams these days I can honestly say I'm super glad I chose Pawrade as the people to trust. I'm absolutely extactic about my new little girl. She's every thing that was advertised & so much more. Second only to my son, she is everything!!! From the first interaction with Pawrade to receiving my little girl, everything was outstanding. The concierge are nice. However I don't think they know the surroundings of the breeders.We purchased our puppy through pawrade. Out puppy had ticks and 2 parasites. I wasn't happy with the excuse of a plane ride waking up parasites these parasites were from our puppy eating his and the other puppies pooh. Those parasites were there well before the plane ride . So be careful when buying on line site unseen.You are better off finding a breeder so you can see the surroundings of where your future family member comes from.

This is the best place to purchase your little fury baby. Customer service is by far the best ive experienced with online service. Any concerns or question were answered right away. The whole process was informative, and smooth. We were kept posted on Henrey's(Buck's), progress in his travel to us. We were kept I formed on how and what to feed him. I talked with the breeder and he was very happy to help with questions. The only disappointment, was that in the advertising portion about Buck on line.. we were led to believe we would receive a 30 day trial insurance plan. NY, and South Carolina don't honer this. I would recommend a disclaimer on the advertising page regarding this. It was a little disappointing...but typical NY.

I thought several times that you were very responsive when you wanted the money however when I wanted or needed something I had to wait. I had to go back twice on two occasions to remind the liaison that I had requested something. You also lead one to believe that this VIP service is from point A to B. That is far from the case. My group was very upset when they found out the amount of days these puppies were going to be on the road! Most, if not all said they would have selected a different transportation arrangement if they would have known...disappointed in the service received.

We had an amazing experience from Pawrade from the very first phone call (that was suppose to be just informative), to very quickly reserving our puppy right after, through using the puppy transport and having our sweet girl in our arms within 2 weeks - prior to Christmas to surprise my daughter! Everything went so smoothly and we felt extremely supported every step of the way. Our little family addition is absolutely amazing, is sweet, well tempered, and just fits right in. I'm so happy we went through pawrade due to all of the support, communication, and transparency! Highly recommend.
