We picked up our puppy last week from the airport. It was the first time we've purchased a dog like this. Overall we are satisfied; I would say that communication is slow and a few times not answered at all. I would say that the real issue I have is with the breeder as we were told the puppy was house trained but we've found that is NOT the case. It's very challenging to have to start from square one house training. We just adore our little furbaby!!

Deanna, we are delighted that Chloe arrived happy & healthy. While we wish we could deliver a fully potty trained puppy, unfortunately for these little babies it takes some time to learn the ropes, especially in a new environment. We wish you and Chloe a lifetime of puppy kisses!
