I am really happy with our new puppy. He is a male beagle, very healthy and hyper active. We were kept up to date during his travels, he arrived on time via flight cargo. I am totally satisfied and I would highly recommend this company. The staff of Pawrade were wonderful. I worked with Edward Rush who was the puppy concierge, Shannon Gegor was the travel concierge and Destiny Freeman was the customer concierge. Thanks to you all for your timely responses and cheers to the whole team.

After a bad experience from adopting online in the past, I was a bit skittish to do it again. Everyone I spoke to was great. They were understanding, helpful and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure. From my first encounter with Cassidy, my contact person, to the transportation team to the delivery team, my experience was positive. I met the breeder online and felt comfortable and when the puppy came, she arrived happy and healthy. I'm impressed and would not hesitate to adopt again from Pawrade or to recommend them to others. Overall our experience was outstanding. From our first interaction with Tony setting up financing and every step of the way. We were keep informed, with several communications via text and email every day. Our questions were answered promptly. The process was explained throughly, there were no surprises. We can't say enough good things about Pawrade and have already recommended them to a coworker. Our puppy is playful and happy and oh so cute. I'd like to Thank everyone involved, my puppy is beautiful, healthy and my vet agreed. I'll be purchasing another puppy later this year and would do it again. I'm a Project Manager and work with volumes of data on a daily basis. I'd like to provide a few constructive comments since most people don't buy puppies for a living. Fewer but instruction filled and not repetitive email would be helpful. The entire transaction can be completed in one email using a simple checkbox list. Choose either email or text for primary communication mixing both causes double work. Your team is awesome. Thank you David C

This was a totally new experience for us and we didn't know what to expect but pawrade was amazing and walked us through every step answering all of our questions. Sue who delivered our precious girl was also amazing. She answered all our questions and gave some great advice and took a family photo for us. She even had a tracker on her phone so we can watch her make her way across the country to us. Our puppy is beautiful, healthy and happy. I can't say enough about this company and what a good experience we had.

I would have to say that being from the generation that is not very tech savvy, I had reservations about ordering a Puppy on the internet. I found that the lack of response from your Concierge department was very unnerving! It may be my age, but all I could think of was being scammed! I do have to add that once I spoke to another Concierge, the communications were much improved, and my nervousness of being mislead was put at ease. When I finally had the opportunity to speak to the breeder, and ask more personal questions about the puppy and parents, at that point I was confident the final stage of the process was truly going to take place. In looking back on the process, I would have to say, you have some very knowledgeable and friendly people working in your organization, and the overall process now that it's completed was Good!

My new friend, renamed Kelly, arrived safely and in good health. He is the fourth Beagle named Kelly that we have raised over many years of loving Beagles. Kelly is beautiful and has learned to play with our other Beagle, whose name is Lucky. who is almost eight years of age. in January 2023. I have to say that I won't be using again or recommending Pawrade. To be fair, our Beagle puppy arrived well, but that was due to the breeder's good diligence. I didn't receive any emails or texts from Pawrade asking if my puppy arrived safe the day of her flight. The only communication was three days later and it was the request to rate them. Additionally, Pawrade advertised our puppy as champion bloodlines, but no paperwork arrived with the puppy. I asked and all they did was giving me the breeder's phone number. I texted him and he said he will send the paperwork. Besides being the middle - man in the transaction, I felt I bought a piece of furniture and not a live little animal. The staff was nice on the phone, but that was pretty much it.
