I was very pleased with the delivery service, right to my front door. My new puppy seemed very well taken care of when he arrived. Applause goes to the beagle breeder who provided us with a great puppy at 13 weeks. He is so sweet and well behaved. We are very happy with the new addition to our family.

Barkley has been a great addition to our family. He was very quiet the first day but his personality has come out now. He is the sweetest puppy I’ve ever had. Every one who meets him loves him.
Everything has gone right on schedule. The puppy is well received with 72 hour vet check set for tomorrow (48 hrs). The delivery was easy to arrange with the life 360 app I tracked the van right to my door. Kudos to the drivers Mark and Michael who handed over a freshly cleaned puppy EAGER to play and potty. Bailey (Brooks) is adjusting well and already crate training.
This experience has been amazing! Very easy to use, immediate responses to all of my questions, and we were delivered with the perfect puppy!

Our primary point-of-contact was "Pam" and she was awesome! She worked with us--tirelessly-- to find the exact match for our new beagle puppy. The delivery crew was superb as well. The only thing lacking my giving a 5-Star rating is (on the day following delivery) we took her to our local vet and, after testing, she was diagnosed with Coccidia after what was a reported to be a head-to-tail vet exam prior to traveling halfway across the US with other puppies.

We recently brought home our new beagle puppy, Gabriel, from Pawrade, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The process was smooth from start to finish, with the team keeping us updated every step of the way. They answered all our questions and made sure Gabriel was healthy and well-prepared for his new home. The communication was fantastic, which gave us peace of mind about such an important decision. After our 4 yo pup passed suddenly in march 2024 my son couldn’t take the lost of his best friend. We started to search for a good new friend for him to continue making good memories with him. We found paparade and found Idris (Malty) I felt in love with him and we started the process. We were skeptical as how all that works this was our first time doing this and the price was high. Pawparede had Ben so wonderful since day 1. I called them to get more info before we did anything online. I want to give shout out to Cynthia and Shannon. They helped us through out the process answered all questions thoroughly. Pawparade is wonderful thank you for everything.

I am so happy with my puppy. everything was wonderful, with keeping me posted with all I needed to do before Cami got to me. I ask for pictures of my puppy and got them within one or two days. I had her delivered to me with companion, they drove her from Arkansas to California, was supposed to pick up on Tuesday never heard when pick up, got email in morning on Wednesday from Levi and Willie that they were on the way and said they would be here Thursday between 1 and 5pm and said would call when they were 30 minutes from my home, and they called me @ 1:15 and got her on Thursday @ 1:45pm. I was so pleased with the ground service, and I would do it again, they drove straight though, Levi was so nice and very polite. He gave me all my paperwork about Cami and all the food she did not eat. Cami is very healthy and happy. Potty training not so fun but that is just a part of having a puppy. She was Microchipped and I got Her papers to Register her. I would recommend Pawrade to everyone
