I have never had such a wonderful experience dealing with Pawrade. They were caring, knowledgeable, answered any questions we had, kept us updated on when we could expect our new fur baby and when he was brought to us, the gentlemen that were in charge were so caring and answered questions that we had. The entire process was amazing from the first txt I received after inquiring about a cute puppy to all the helpful communication until the day my girl came home. We LOVE our puppy. She arrived with extremely dirty ears and white spots on her nails, which indicated to us there was some illness or trauma. But we love her nonetheless and she’s a great addition to our family. The only reason I took a star off was because of the reasons listed above and the communication from the team was lacking.

Mackenzie arrived Sunday May 12 at 1:30 am. What a wonderful Mother's Day present! I met only 1 person from the van and he was very nice. Mackenzie was in good shape and she is as adorable as ever. We are currently working on potty training. She makes a lot of mistakes but sometimes does her business in the correct space. She loves when I hold her in my arms. She had an appointment at the vets on Tuesday afternoon. She is very healthy and has another appointment on June 4. It was great doing business with you. Thank you.

Pawrade has been so amazing! Applying was easy, the customer service is top notch, very easy to communicate with. Our puppy arrived healthy and happy (a little stinky but thats what I expected after a several day drive). Her temperament and behavior is as the breeder described. Pawrade is an amazing resource that I have already recommended to friends and strangers at the vet office!

Other than zapping the fun out of adding our new puppy, the experience was outstanding. Our puppy as quickly integrated herself into the family as if she's been here for 5 years. Right off the truck and into the house and it's like she's been here forever. All the contractual rules and stipulations and requirements for various other things really zaps the fun out of the adoption process.

Pawrade was successful in helping us find our new fur baby! She is everything we wanted and expected. The breeder was very flexible with the meeting location and answering our questions after we got home. I would use Pawrade again and would recommend to others.

If I could give Pawrade 10 stars I would! So impressed with the entire organization and process. I just received my dream puppy, healthy and beautiful in less than 3 days of transport half way across the country. She arrived calm, clean and healthy, and I followed all of the step-by-step instructions like giving Nutrical 3x a day (which is super important)! Instructions not to let puppy walk on floors at the vet in case of parasites, and not to let dog walk around the neighborhood or dog park for the same reasons. I've never been told this before, so I super appreciated the warnings on what not to do to keep my beautiful puppy as healthy as possible. She's so precious, and everyone at Pawrade was always so friendly, understanding, informative and comforting. I love you all! Thank you so much!

I am thrilled with my new beagle pup. The process was smooth and easy, and all the representatives of Pawrade from Kenneth to Donna were very responsive and answered many of my questions. I had Emma Harper ("aka" parade name: Alara) delivered through their service Puppy Express and she was delivered as planned with no delays. Today I had my wellness vet visit and everything went well just waiting for the fecal to come back and get those results. The only downside is that because I live in NY I was not entitled to the 30-day complimentary Metlife Pet insurance as it is not available in my city, I think there should be some other incentives for NY and SC residents since this is not available in those states, maybe offer another insurance just for these residents that it is not available to. If you are looking for a puppy I would recommend pawrade.

Karter (now Jimmy Carter/ Mr. President) arrived at around 5:15 a.m.today, still dark out and cold. The handler, Christien, put him in my arms and he stopped shivering, started kissing. After Christien left, Jimmy and I went back to bed. He slept soundly on my chest for nearly 4 hours. And now, he's exploring the house like a true Sagitarian puppy. He's great! Thank you so much!
