Our puppy arrived safe and sound, and is a fire ball of energy and cuddles. The customer service was wonderful an supportive. My only complaint is the delivery, wasn't up to me. It was during first week of the month and added vet expenses that would have better off at original delivery date. However, she is an absolute doll. Sweeet as pie.

From the communication through email, text, or phone call, to the detailed explanations of every step throughout the process, Pawrade was both professional and caring. Oh my how do I say "Thank You, Thank You and more Thanks. I was a bit leery at first about an online purchase of a pet but I am so thankful for the service all have provided to me and us. I am truly in love with Mylo (Pablo) and my husband is in love as well, lol. Mylo has adjusted fairly well and he is happy and getting plenty love and getting spoiled. I especially want to thank Christie, Devin and a a couple others that I can't recall their names. We have Insured Mylo with MetLife Pet Ins. And he had his wellness check today and all went well. I am a believer in Pawrade. Thanks again and if someone else I know is interested in adopting a furry family member I will definitely direct them to Pawrade. God Bless you.

This was such a smooth and seamless transaction. Everything from the beginning of the process until driving home from the airport, the whole process was a breeze. So much so, we bought a second puppy, who will be coming home in two weeks. I'm a happy baby Beagle Mama!

It was our second time that we required their services and everything happened just as they explained it to us. It was very exciting to see in real time that they were getting closer and closer to the final destination.They sent us updates all the time. When Galleta arrived, she was very happy and healthy. Definitely professional people that one can trust I recommend them 100%

Very unhappy I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. Was skeptical when I couldn't set up a FaceTime with the puppy and then it was time and the puppy was on the way to me. Not sure of the environment the puppy was in but doesn't look good. All my kids are scared of him and nobody will message me back. Please be aware! Purchase locally where you can meet the pup or at least FaceTime to see the dog's environment and behavior.

We love our puppy. She is such a good girl!
From the time I selected Jason to the time he arrived, everything went smoothly. Payment, transportation and communication by everyone was awesome. I just got back from the vet for his wellness check and he got a wonderful seal of great health. Jason arrived very clean and although I gave him a bath anyway, he took the bath well and did not panic. Upon settling down with him and introducing him to my 4 other dogs, he did not hesitate and was open to playing already. As a matter of fact, the other 4 dogs were the ones afraid of him because he chased each one around the back yard. I would definitely go to Pawrade should I want another puppy.

Open and honest about the process. Trustworthy, they will have your puppy delivered promptly to your door in great condition and health. Highly recommend the Pawrade system. Would do it again if I wanted to.
My beagle puppy, Pluto, is perfect! The travel caretakers took wonderful care of him on his 4 day journey to me from Missouri. I enjoyed the text updates during their journey to me. Delivered at 1:00 am and my puppy was as happy as can be! I cried as they handed me my new baby. Thank you Pawrade!

Her name is now Savvy Anne. She had her first med check with her vet, Dr, Hartman today. Perfect health. She is adorable and when playing with toys reminds me of a small bucking pony or kitten. I will send pictures as soon as I learn how this weekend. She sleeps with me at night & wakes me up to PP. she's only been here since Tuesday morning June sixth. Very gifted & precious. The only complaint was on me. I'm not computer literate anymore.. I've been retired for 11 years..

Smooth transaction between breeder and us. Picked up a beautiful Beagle girl puppy. She did so well during our 8 hours drive home. Unfortunately she had a common parasite which Vet is treating.

I was not very pleased with Pawrade. I realized that I had to find a new home for her and when I called and left a message for the concierge, he did not call me back. Someone named Elisa called me to find out how she was and when I said that I needed to find a new home she just said, "there are no refunds". She did not talk to me about possible places I could look for who would take her or any other things I could do.

Pretty easy…safe and dog is wonderful. Just picked up the puppy from American Airlines Cargo at Milwaukee Airport he was just shipped from Ohare in Chicago got home he played and checked things out for about three hours and just ran out of gas and went to sleep and is resting comfortably! Thanks Pawrade!

The service Pawrade provides is amazing, as their representatives give a wealth of information to you. The only thing I can say that should be improved are the requirements and communication for those requirements. For instance, I was told that I had to take a picture of the puppy with myself in it and submit that, but that was done by the drivers. Not a big issue, but I was asked to provide the picture when the drivers said they would upload it. So maybe just a miscommunication between the drivers, website, and representatives. I was also told to upload documents to the website, but there's no where on the website, that I can see, to accomplish this. Some documents were sent to me days after my puppy arrived, yet I was prompted to submit these documents when they weren't provided to me. It's just a lot of confusion, and I believe this should be worked out better between Pawrade and the drivers.
