Everyone was responsive in a fairly timely fashion and answered my questions. Unfortunately it did not get relayed to the breeder the name change I had for the pup so we missed a couple of weeks of learning the correct name but other than that everything was pretty seamless and my pup is perfect.

Everyone was great and answered my questions. The staff were meticulous with everything that had to be done. The only thing that was very frustrating was communication. The answers were either vague at times and dates to pick up my puppy were changed. There were legitimate reasons to change them, but the time was not always accurate. I had to change my vet follow up for the puppy 3 times due to this. My puppy Dakota is great. Very smart, energetic, playful and enjoys rubs. I am very glad we got him.

While we very much enjoy our new puppy, the process was far less than desirable. First, t is not until you have paid at least the deposit amount that you are presented with a 12 page contract requiring 54 initials and 2 signatures, all pretty much outlining that Pawrade and PetPay (their affiliate) have all the rights and buyer has basically 0. They also go into great detail many times in bold print that there are absolutely no refunds. Then there was veil of secrecy in that breeder contact information was not at all forthcoming even after fully paying for the puppy. They claim not to do that until the puppy has had the final head to tail vet check and they have that documentation. This created some needless anxiety as we had literally driven 8 hours of a 10 hour to pick him up when we finally got that information. In their contract it also has you agree that you cannot breed the animal and agree to have spayed or neutered in the first year. Transparency would have done wonders

This is not about Teagan, This is about a nightmare that I am into since I received the wrong puppy. I never expected that a mistake in a delivery could lead to such a profound emotional journey. Recently, I was mistakenly delivered the wrong dog (Trinity). Despite the mix-up, something unexpected happened – I formed an immediate bond with this beautiful creature. For someone like me, undergoing treatment for depression, this bond was a ray of light in my often challenging days. But now, due to the mistake, I've had to say goodbye to her. It's hard to describe the pain of losing a furry friend, especially one that brought so much joy into my life, however brief our time together was. I know it wasn't the dog I was supposed to get, but from the moment she entered my life, she carved a special place in my heart. The very cold calls with no empathy from PETPAY made me suffer in double. In the end, for them is all about business, and for me the dog was all about love and care.

I would Never go through Pawrade to get a puppy. They say they vet the breeders and told us we wowould meet the breeder. We went to IN to pick up our medium berniedoodle. Did not get to meet the breeder. We had to go to a pet store and she was delivered there. Took her home and to the vet the next day. Found out she was treated for giardia. We have had her since July 2023 and she is on her fourth set of medicine for giardia. We cannot get rid of it. I can't believe they released a dog with giardia, even though they claim vet checked her out. DO NOT use Pawrade, they are very protective of the breeders.
