Primarily spoke to Peter who was great all the way thru the transaction but others where not as helpful, couldn't or wouldn't answer questions, asked to speak to supervisor to answer some of these questions, never happened, felt I was lied to. I can see why when you google PAWRADE your rated a 1.2. The breeder Levi and his wife were wonderful, and we enjoyed meeting them and talking to them for about 45 mins. Lane is such a joy in our home and is a bundle of love and energy. You need more people like Peter that keep their word and are respectful.

Honestly, I was concerned that this site was not legit. I felt more comfortable after speaking with a Rep. I picked up my puppy today and everything was flawless from my initial conversation. I'm very impressed and my puppy is perfect.

My bernese mountain puppy, Eddie arrived happy and healthy. I have been scammed in the past and the pawrade team answered my questions and reassured me that they are a legitimate company. Before his arrival, he had a hernia and the pawrade team called to inform me. Eddie had his surgery before getting here and I did not have to pay an extra penny! I took him to the vet this morning and they said he is doing great. The only thing that could've been a little better was communication with travel. I had asked for my agent to make sure that my local airport transported animals via cargo service and she told me yes. American wasn't able to ship to my local airport, which was okay because I am flexible in making arrangements, but I wish that was looked into when I had asked. I was able to pick him up from an airport 2 hours away and I had no issues in doing so. Overall, I had a good experience with pawrade.

I won't lie I was kind of skeptical. However, Pawrade held up their end of the bargain throughout the entire process. I was kept in the loop and if I had a question it was answered in a timely manner. My puppy speaks for himself. He is adorable and very healthy. I am very please with Pawrade's service.

Pros - Excellent customer service - responsive and kind Website/transaction easy to use Cons - I asked for a copy of the transfer of ownership form - have not received it Our puppy's health certificate and rabies certification had different birthdays on it (not Pawrade's fault, but I feel they should have caught this). We love our new furbaby! He's a very happy and healthy boy. Thanks, Pawrade, for bringing us together!
