Everything went smoothly and as anticipated. No complications or unexpected changes. Communication between Pawrade and myself was excellent. My puppy is home and adjusting very well.

This would be an easy 5 STAR, if not for travel. Every customer service rep. and manager was knowledgeable, prompt to respond, and helpful. Travel concierge was a nightmare. She couldn't respond in a timely manner, and repeatedly said everything would be fine with dates but then scheduled them on a date unavailable for travel. We had to drive 1,920 miles round trip last minute to the breeder to get puppy in the time frame that was laid out over 2 weeks early. On the bright side the breeder was amazing and super kind. Pawrade was amazing, but they need to adress that travel concierge rep, or outsource it to someone capable. Overall I would use them again as long as they could get me someone else to go through travel booking.

Pawrade was great, they were with me every step of the way and answered any question i had. I would highly recommend them. Ollie (Beau) is fitting right in. Thank you all so much for making everything so easy for me.
Our little guy arrived ahead of schedule and we were so happy for that! He is very happy and healthy and has made himself completely at home already 🥰

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. The reason for the 3 Stars, information from our travel liaison was very slow to come in, which caused unnecessary stress. Purchasing a puppy should be fun and exciting, not stressful. I am very happy with the puppy we chose. she is in good health and seems to have been treated with care. Breeders seemed like very nice people. I would use this service again.

From the moment I saw my new baby and called to reserve him, to the moment we brought him home Pawrade was beside us helping with all our questions and with getting things signed and making sure things were completed correctly. All my calls, emails and texts were answered quickly and always by kind and patient staff! I would recommend Pawrade to everyone

NEVER AGAIN. The experience seemed promising. However when Brynn arrived, she was underweight for her age, came with no toy or blanket or anything from her pack and previous home, was absolutely filthy, and had no potty training. I've purchased from breeders before and never seen a puppy in this shape. A few months in, and she is HALF the expected weight she is supposed to be. It really feels like she came from a puppy mill. Without a doubt we love her, and will continue to, and she will be healthy. But NEVER AGAIN. Pawrade is not transparent about the breeders they approve.

This was such a great experience and the whole transaction and transportation happened exactly as they said it would. They connect with you in multiple ways such as phone, text and email so you never miss the latest update. We love our new puppy, Basil!

I'm so happy with how everything turned out with my experience with Pawrade! Excellent communication and fast responses. We got our fur baby Marsha in a week it was so fast I still can't believe she is here with us. She's so smart and is practically potty trained and crate trained already!

I would highly recommend using pawrade to anyone looking for a new fur baby. They have the process figured out and it was as seamless as it could be.

Everyone made the entire process easy! I felt included every step of the way and had all of my questions answered in a timely manner! I was having mixed feeling with everything being online, in all honesty I initially thought it was a scam and even then everyone was so understanding. If we plan on purchasing any future fur babies we will definitely go through this same route again. Thank you to every one!

The only thing we found frustrating was the ground transportation. We didn't know that they only made routes every 10 to 14 days. So initially it was 2 weeks after purchasing to start the transportation. The night before his pickup date we received a message that the route was canceled and it would be an additional week.
The people at Pawrade were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The only thing I would suggest is giving a detailed breakdown of how the process works once you choose a pet. I paid and shortly after recieved a lot of information about their requirements about my responsibilities as the owner, but nothing about when to expect my puppy's arrival, or how long things would take until I asked. It would have been comforting for the first thing I received after payment to be "here's exactly how our process works and how long it can take". Also if they would have checked in with me daily, instead of me checking in. Otherwise we're happy with our experience and love our puppy.
