We absolutely love our new puppy - she’s perfect in every way! The process was so easy and so exciting having a puppy delivered - like Christmas morning. The communication overall was good - There was a lot of good, quick response in the beginning. Communication got a little more delayed as we got closer to getting her but still good - a little choppy during her delivery, but still decent. I would have liked a little more pictures with buying online - just difficult to try and figure out their personality and get a good feel for what they look like. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you, Pawrade, for connecting us with our new puppy. ❤️🐶

I had no idea as to what I was getting into when I ran across Pawrade online. I started browsing for a puppy of a breed that I have always wanted, but I have always rescued the throwaways and never treated myself to this darling breed. I found myself falling in love with a puppy that I just couldn't resist! So, I started the process. I had no idea that there was a structure to the process. A great structure! The process was well-coordinated by a trained staff. And from breeder to hand-delivery, every step was executed. I was kept well-informed every step along the way, and great diligence was exercised in vetting me, which was for the puppy's protection. This told me a lot about how much the breeder and staff cared about each puppy's health and future. My puppy was driven from Indiana to South Carolina, and he was delivered with a small bad of the food he eats, he was microchipped, and with the AKC registration documents. My vet found him to be "perfect!" I adore him!

My agent Tony was very responsive even when I had late night questions, he'd respond and do what he could and kept the lines of communication open. I had been searching for my new pet for about a year... pawrade helped me bring her home. We couldn't be happier. The drivers delivered her with such care and kept mw updated on their journey.

We’ve had our puppy for a few days and he is in excellent health. He is a well-mannered pup and adjusted to us and our home right away. The procedure to get him was fairly easy, although paying all up front was a little concerning. The delivery was right on time according to texts we got from the transport company. It was quick and efficient. We’re very happy with the puppy and the people at Pawrade were easy to contact and ask questions to.

My husband really wanted another dog and has always preferred raising a puppy. I was very worried about ending up with a puppy mill pup because we consider them cruel as most do, and they are shady when disclosing if they are a puppy mill. Pawrade insisted, and as you can see on their site advertising , they too feel the same way. They sell themselves as doing the work to make sure puppy mills are not who they deal with. We had to trust them. Everything went well, we got an updated photo of the pup and Pawrade as well as answered questions along the way. There was a lot of “security” like our photo ID’s etc. that we had to provide.. I liked that. I would only say sometimes there was a little bit of time between the questions and the answers. We traveled to get the pup and are very happy with her. She’s a little tornado but very healthy. We did pick up the things they suggested to be ready for her, the breeder actually brought some of her food which I felt was very thoughtful.

Everything really went well, overall, & in the end. I was a little concerned, as well as my twin sister, when 2 makes were going to show up @1-2 ish AM. I’m female & live alone. All turned out just fine! Thank you, for bringing my sweet pup to me ❤️🥰

I gave your company a three mostly due to the information given by the breeder to your company. The puppy that I received at 15 weeks of age had no training done with her. She doesn't come when called, she cowers when you go to pet her, and she jumps at any loud noises. When first reading her bio there were things listed that were being worked on and the for mentioned were some of those things. As a former breeder of labs as soon as they were eating on their own they had collars put on and would come when they were called by just calling puppy, puppy. This puppy also eats her own poop which also tells me a lot of how her litter wasn't worked with. She's a wonderful addition to our furry family it's just she'll need a lot more initial training that she didn't get. I'm not sure how you're agency does checks and balances with your listings but the breeders that list with you need to be more honest with you. As an agency you were good at communicating and keeping me informed.

At 1st I was a bit skeptical about this purchase but I couldn't resist that look in my baby's eyes when I first saw her online, I just had to get her. I waited a week before making my final decision, logged into Pawrade every day just to see her. When I finally decided she was the one I contacted someone at Pawrade and unfortunately at that time she disappeared from the available puppies which honestly broke my heart because I was so determined to get her but to my surprise 2 days later there she was again. OMG I couldn't beleive it, and that was the final draw she was meant for me! I immediately contacted my Pawrade representative and begged her to please contact the breader so she wouldn't be sold to anyone else which she did and I am so grateful for that. 2 days later I paid the amount in full for this beautiful baby. I was then told it would take about 2 weeks for the whole process but it took a bit longer than that, almost a month. When I finally received my baby she was perfect

I still haven’t heard back from Xodo, I can’t complete the requested info until someone calls me. I was not fond of No personal contact only use of text info, I’ve had a minimum of 25 different texts From multiple people. Not sure if I would go thru this process again. Again I still don’t know if I’m complete with this process, insurance and home photo and signing all required forms. I do have the puppy which is what I was after.

I was nervous about purchasing my puppy through a website, but I am glad I did. I found the most gorgeous baby Boston Terrier, and the Pawrade team made sure I cleared all my questions, and arranged for the breeder to hold my puppy until I could travel to pick her up. Their ground delivery to Miami was a detailed and thoughtful process, the puppy arrived clean, happy and in perfect health. Also, the breeder socialized the puppy and trained her a little bit, because she would respond to commands like "come" and she has been friendly to everyone and in day 3 she is already getting along with my older dog. I can't thank them enough!
