Pawrade is an excellent company and a wonderful and reliable way to adopt a dog. Their personnel are responsive and professional and they care for their animals and people with great care. If I have a qualm (why a 4 star but not a 5 star rating), it would be that there was some confusion in who was the contact person in my adoption process, making for some confusion.

Working with everyone at Pawrade has been great. Everyone friendly, knowledgably, and genuinely helpful. From my initial inquiry regarding several pups in the same breed, Gabriel was very helpful. Then on to Renee, Shannon for travel and coordination. They were all very responsive and answered any questions I had. A great team to work with in getting my puppy to me healthy and safe. Thanks to everyone involved. You were terrific.

My husband, Bill, and I were amazed at receiving our tiny puppy. His birth name is Kingston. We have renamed him L'il Bit since he is so small and will remain a small Boston Terrier. It seemed to take a very long time to be able to get to the point of holding this bundle of energy. We were pleased with the response of the team who helped us get over our anxieties in dealing with the time it took for our puppy to be old enough and large enough to leave the litter. He will be a great addition to our home and lives. Our larger Boston, Bandit is having to learn to have such a small one in our home. Thank you team for all your help. We now have pictures of the Dam and Sire and are pleased to see how much L'il Bit looks like his father.

I really don't know how this experience could have been better. I drove to pick up Kipp, (8 weeks old Boston Terrier) we've been home for two days now and he almost has me trained. I took him to the local vet today and he got a perfect report. I thought I would have to fight my way out of the place; everyone thought he is 'so adorable'. Beth, Renee and Cayce from Pawrade were very helpful with communication and assistance. Thanks to all of you!

From my first inquiry to the delivery of my puppy today, I was kept informed and updated about my puppy's life. I have pictures of his mom. and dad and siblings and know their names thanks to the wonderful staff and gracious breeder. Watching him grow with his canine family made the wait for his delivery to his forever home so much easier and more fun!! Puzzle Piece Carriers that delivered the puppy provided excellent service also!

Had a wonderful experience working with Tania when first making the decision to get the little guy. Unfortunately, everything after that became a bit stressful. The health guarantee contains clauses that are less than favorable, such as being required to feed the dog a certain type of food for 1 year. In this case, that food comes from a multi-level marketing company that I'm now forced into business with. Great! Once you get past the purchasing with pawrade, you begin working with Petpay. They like to call you up and scare you. Always calling with strict rules 'as a result of your health guarantee". I'd like to see Pawrade to have more of a presence in this portion of the journey as well rather than just retreat and let Petpay scare you. Ultimately though, for getting a puppy online, it's been a good experience and I felt like pawrade was always open, knowledgeable, and friendly. Albeit the health guarantee needs some work.

We were very nervous to purchase a puppy versus adopt. We tried to adopt for months with no luck. Then we found Pawrade and fell in love with our now, newest family member. Everyone I dealt with was warm and caring from my first query until Dally, now Quinn, was in my arms. They responded quickly to all my emails and providing me with important information, ie NuCal. I fell in love with his picture and he is absolutely perfect. If he isn't playing or eating, he is cuddling in my lap. He is very intelligent and has learned his new name, sit, come and potty. I would highly recommend this company when searching for their forever pet.
