We received Dagwood (Woddy) exactly two days from Missouri to California. The carrier kept us informed all the way. I am in love with this puppy and was shocked at how well he looks and performs. Thank you Pawrade for everything and I guarantee that this little fellow will have his dream come true.

Fiona is a sweetheart. Everyone in the family is in love ❤️ we couldn't be happier! My big 70 lb.dog, Scooby is afraid of her! 🤣🤣 my other dog, Penny is not sure of her yet!🤣🤣

Juniper (now, aka BELLA) is PERFEFCT!! The delivery guys were also perfect!! However, I found some of the emailed communication to be difficult to follow. It would be helpful to explain the process up front, as someone like me has no clue what to expect regarding instructions. Bella is a smart, energetic Boston Terrier who desires to get into EVERYTHING!!! Thanks for the perfect little family member! Vet appointment is tomorrow afternoon.

It was an easy and safe process. Everything was handled very professionally. They gave me updates about puppy throughout the process. I felt very secure and knew I was not dealing with fraud. I’m very happy with my new family member and the process 🥰.

The people at Pawrade were extremely helpful and informative. They kept me aware of everything that was occurring and notifying me of what was needed from me. The delivery was also easy and efficient. We opted to have the puppy travel by truck with caretakers present at all times- due to the small size of our puppy. The one reservation I had was not being able to communicate directly with the breeder? This caught me off guard and was certainly unsettling. I feel a responsible dog owner would find it essential to communicate with, and get to know, the breeder- this was not allowed. I would also like to see pictures of the parents and know their history/health as well. Our puppy is perfect and beautiful, but I will choose a service that allows direct communication with the breeder in the future. If these things do not concern you I would recommend Pawrade, as the rest of the experience was absolutely wonderful.

I initially planned to adopt from a local shelter but decided we needed to be able to select by breed and age, so did a bit of research to find an ethical, puppy-first option and found Pawrade. From my initial inquiry, Pawrade provided useful information and in digestible format, not just about the process but also about how to care for the dog. We were impressed by their attentiveness and care for the dog’s wellbeing, and we felt well-informed throughout. We’ve had our new dog now for about a week and the whole process of adopting went very smoothly

Saoirse is a beautiful puppy. She's more than welcome could have asked for. Thank you. The many steps, websites, requirements, people, etc., were very laborious and made the transaction very anxiety. I felt like I would be in jail or have a dead dog if I didn't order the food, glucose, etc., you seemed to require. This puppy is healthy a as a horse and I have enough experience to know if something was wrong with her because if travel. She doesn't like the $19.00 tube of stuff I had to order so my money was wasted. I think her breeder did a fabulous job giving her a good start. She is exactly what we had looked for for months.
We were a bit skeptical about this transaction... buying a puppy online, but everything went smoothly and now we have our beautiful puppy! They were very good about communications and taking care of everything to make sure our puppy arrived safely and in good health. Highly recommended!

This has been such an amazing experience! There is nothing like feeling so connected and cared for in a life changing decision and purchase. I was very nervous after nearly falling for 2 scam listings - but I am thrilled with my new puppy and with the process of Pawrade. Communication was excellent as was their patience with my worries. I was also nervous about puppy mills but was able to pick him up at the breeder, who was a lovely person. My puppy is healthy and sweet.

Our experience with paw rare has been very good. Our delivery went very smoothly and our puppy is happy and healthy. Communications with pawrade were so so. They prefer email messages and we prefer phone calls but we worked it out! Overall Pawrade has been a pleasurable way to securely buy a puppy.
