Saoirse is a beautiful puppy. She's more than welcome could have asked for. Thank you. The many steps, websites, requirements, people, etc., were very laborious and made the transaction very anxiety. I felt like I would be in jail or have a dead dog if I didn't order the food, glucose, etc., you seemed to require. This puppy is healthy a as a horse and I have enough experience to know if something was wrong with her because if travel. She doesn't like the $19.00 tube of stuff I had to order so my money was wasted. I think her breeder did a fabulous job giving her a good start. She is exactly what we had looked for for months.
We were a bit skeptical about this transaction... buying a puppy online, but everything went smoothly and now we have our beautiful puppy! They were very good about communications and taking care of everything to make sure our puppy arrived safely and in good health. Highly recommended!

This has been such an amazing experience! There is nothing like feeling so connected and cared for in a life changing decision and purchase. I was very nervous after nearly falling for 2 scam listings - but I am thrilled with my new puppy and with the process of Pawrade. Communication was excellent as was their patience with my worries. I was also nervous about puppy mills but was able to pick him up at the breeder, who was a lovely person. My puppy is healthy and sweet.

Our experience with paw rare has been very good. Our delivery went very smoothly and our puppy is happy and healthy. Communications with pawrade were so so. They prefer email messages and we prefer phone calls but we worked it out! Overall Pawrade has been a pleasurable way to securely buy a puppy.

This was our second time getting a puppy through Parade.com, and just like the first time, everything went perfectly. Right after the purchase, we were contacted and given all the necessary information in advance, which made the whole process super smooth and stress-free. Delivery was handled extremely well — the nanny stayed in touch throughout and kept sending us photo updates. The puppy arrived with all the necessary documents, in perfect health, very well-groomed, with clean ears and no signs of any illness — it honestly felt like he was prepared for a show. My son and I had a wonderful experience working with PAWRADE to find our new puppy Pixie. She is THE CUTEST, sweetest little Boston Terrier I’ve ever seen. Originally I had a different breed of dog in mind, but after speaking with our sales consultant we switched breeds in order to suit not only my needs but also my sons. In addition to the great customer service at Pawrades, I also found the payment system as well as the transportation company to be excellent and very reputable. I highly recommend working with Pawrades to find your special new family member!

Your set up is hard and difficult to follow. I would not purchase another dog from you. You also made so many requirements that you didn't even follow yourself. However, my puppy is sweet despite it all, including the worms that you delivered with her. BTW - her name now is Jenny.

All communication with Pawrade have been excellent. Pup (Kenny) arrived in good spirits. Only complaint is the Puppy Wagon driver (Levi) did not put the 6 month old Boston down outside after taking him out of his crate after a long drive. He said Kenny was not crate trained and was used to doing his business in the crate. No good! The breeder assured us Kenny has been “crate trained.” While signing my paper work, I put Kenny in a crate with a comfy bed. He was in there only about 10 minutes and in that time he peed … enough liquid to overflow the bed! Obviously he needed to have been given a chance to pee before being brought into his new home!! He has not soiled in his crate in the 24 hours since then. But, of course, I take him outside every 3 or 4 hours. He is adjusting well.

Puppy is happy, fat, wormy, and covered in fleas. Wa delivered @ 2:30 AM. Was perfect for me because I work night shift. Vet was concerened that no rabies tag came with him!

I am concerned. I received our puppy @11:30pm. No surprises w/ the hour, or that she smelled bad. I had been informed the deliveries take place around the clock and she would likely require a bath. She slept from 1am to 7am in her crate. She woke, went potty, ate, then went back to sleep until 10am. I would say that was a pretty successful transition. So I was feeling pretty good about our choice to get a puppy on-line. BUT..... When I bathed her I realized she is very thin. Each time she ate her belly would become very distended/bloated. When the Vet entered the room @ the Wellness visit her first words were of concern, stating she was very bony, flat feet...as if kept in cages, tail should've been docked, and dewclaws removed. Questioned if this was a puppy mill or rescue pup, and did I know the breeder. She has further concerns and made only a couple positive comments. Stated Sophia first needs to put some meat on these bones.
