Love the puppy and lived the communication with Pawrade. If I had one objection it would be in the delivery who also were very nice but having to wait until 2:30am for delivery was crazy.

The wait to get her was a bit long, but worth every minute. Bonnie is the cuddliest puppy. She blended right in with my Frenchie and Yorkie. She is a most welcomed addition to my fur babies. I love them all!!!

Pawrade was great at updating me on new pups as well as processing and informing me through the process of my purchase and pick up of the puppy that we bought.
From the start to finish, Pawrade was awesome and answered every question you could imagine when purchasing a puppy without meeting it. Ours arrived happy, healthy and fits in perfectly with our family, she completes us. I would use them again and again.
We had a great experience from start to finish. I'm happy Pawrade made it easy for us because this was our first time. I love the transparency, most importantly I love the status updates of my puppy's delivery service.

I had such a wonderful experience with Pawrade. Every step of the way there was a really kind person who was there to answer all of my questions, responding so quickly by phone and my messaging back and forth, with all the information I needed, starting with my puppy adoption concierge, Sara, who was so helpful and sweet, to Shannon, my puppy travel concierge, to my "pawsitive pal", Carli, who gave me all the info I needed on food and what to have ready and prepared for my new puppy when she got home. It was so helpful and so hands on. They really take the time and care to make sure your puppy is in the best health and has the safest coziest travel arrangments. The two guys who delivered my puppy to my door were so great and work so hard to get these little pups to their homes in comfort and style. I honestly couldn't recommend pawrade enough.
Lexi now Fiona has been awesome , She is a delightful puppy . I'm sure she will be an amazing dog . Got her from Indiana. She was very good in the car . Thanks to all the staff .

The selection of our puppy went smoothly. I had some reservations about spending so much money to buy a dog unseen across the country. There were lots of steps to take which were fully explained. I had a fear of getting a pup from a puppy mill but pictures and conversations eased that. We chose to have our pup driven instead of the choice of flying. She arrived exactly when expected. She is healthy, clean and inspected by our vet and deemed a good little dog we are already enjoying and love very much.
Overall it was all great. Communication was a little slow with the breeder but I understand they have multiple transactions and can't immediately cater to one person requesting one of their puppies. I was a little paranoid and scared due to viewing some reviews but I received the healthy, playful adorable puppy I paid for safe and within the timeframe they said she would get here to me.
Pawrade made it easy to get the puppy of our dreams. Thank you to everyone that was part of this special delivery

I gave the company 5 stars - I almost went 4 but in the end you delivered exactly what you promised to deliver and that was a happy and healthy puppy. It was not Pawrade's fault that Sparky had two bouts with worms so the time frame was delayed quite a bit but again the promise to deliver a healthy puppy is more important then delivering a sick puppy ! I would like to thank Lois for going above and beyond when I was not understanding the delay's and it was her calming and informative communication that bumped a 4 star to a 5 star, rightfully so. I am more than happy with Sparky and I would recommend Pawrade and the travel service to anyone looking for a puppy or dog.

Had to wait a while for puppy due to health issues which was fine worth the wait but pictures sure make him look bigger he was very small and skinny, he would not eat dry food but took wet for good Only concern is paws are pink and swallowen going to Vet today will find out why also think he has fleas

We love our puppy, and are so glad to have found him. The overall pawrade process is good, although we have some constructive criticism and want to share our experience for others. We had to choose ground delivery for our dog, a Boston terrier. We were told it would take 2-3 days, but it ended up taking 4 days. We were the 7th of 10 states where deliveries were occurring. When a puppy is only 8 weeks old, I think 4 days in a car is just too much. Our puppy was extremely stressed upon arrival, and it took several days for him to calm down. And I should mention, we believe he was incredibly well cared for by his transport team, they seems like very caring people and kept us well updated on the trips progress, although they could not commit to our puppy's arrival time or even day until about 3 hours before he was delivered. That's very difficult to plan for, especially the mandatory 72 hour wellness check. He also has some genetic disorders, in spite of assurances they'd be bred out.
I have nothing but positive thoughts about my experience!! Everyone was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I had been looking for over 6 months for a rescue pup but with my schedule, it made it hard to coordinate a meeting. With Pawrade, I was able to communicate via text, phone and email at any time. It was a very easy process and I have my sweet puppy to love!

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a puppy long distance but I'm so glad that I did. My little Stanley is such a doll! He is feisty and sweet…just as you'd want a little guy to be. :) The process was easy and secure with PetPay. The only glitch was the length of time it took for the pet nanny to deliver him to me - but I understand given the busyness of the pet nanny biz. Overall a very positive experience!
