Everything was very professional Dow to the pickup of MIA. I was surprised the girl delivering her didn’t know anything about her. MIA needed a bath and had at least a dozen fleas on her. She is beautiful and very sweet and cuddlie! I would have liked to meet the breeder and visited Mia ‘a home!
We are so on love with Sebastian. His well check went without a hitch!! He is acclimating well! Thank you for everything! I need to send over his report and get information on the extension of puppy insurance! Please assist, and thank you for everything!
Holland arrived in remarkable shape. Clean, full tummy, bright and alert. I was unsure what to expect from this process, but at every step, I was expertly guided. She is a wonderful pup and we will have lovely adventures together. She is completely “house trained” to puppy pads and eats well. I followed the instructions regarding NutriCal, but honestly she was in such great shape, it wasn’t really necessary. My vet agrees that she is in perfect condition at this point. Thank you for “brokering” between myself and the breeder. Obviously this breeder exceeds professional standards and takes excellent care of their stock and litters, but I would not have even considered them because of the geographical distance. Thank you for a very positive experience and a beautiful pup! Highly recommend!
The work of finding a breeder who cares about the health and welfare of the animals is done for me and insuring my new fur baby is loved while en route to me is planned without much hassle. A wonderful way to aquire a small breed dog without unneeded stress.
She arrived at 5:30 am this morning, clean, soft, and so sweet! She is renamed Luna, and will be loved at well/cared for. Thank you.

Parades was wonderful dealing with my needs for my new puppy. I only have one complaint: the delivery of my pooch was 2:30 am. The folks that delivered her were timely, efficient and respectful, but the timeline of delivery was awful!

Pawrade overall has good customer service and well-organized. My puppy’s total price was a bit overpriced i felt,but i understood the payment was to the company & breeder ect... So to me, i expect the quality for the entire process to be nothing less than great. I feel petpay could be more user friendly. After the payment it was difficult to see the details of cost from purchase, for the added fees. As far as the portal for communication, i thought was great. Very timely responses from team, always within the same day. I think there should be a live status on where your puppy is at for EACH step of the process and what steps have been completed. The free 30-day pet insurance is a nice peace of mind. Unfortunately, I did have to use it, my dog developed kennel cough soon after I got her. The claim process is a nightmare, its been a month since I filed, and I'm still trying to get reimbursed from the insurance company. They’re making it very difficult to process.

Yes, I had a great experience with pawrade service with being able to bring Maverick home. The thing that I think would have helped just a little was the itemization of the bill as I was trying to understand the fees I paid. I did read all the terms but that was a lot to have to read. Having it itemized would have been a big help. But it did go smoothly. I just need my letter giving me my breeding rights now. I am assuming that will come with his official registration paperwork. Maverick is doing well he is a joy to have. We love our sweet puppy! Thank you for all your help. Dora Fisher

My wife, changed Abigail's name over to Scarlet. Scarlet is so perfect! Gwen was so surprised about her new gift. Although, Scarlet loves chasing Bentley (our other CKCS) around the house! Scarlet is a Beautiful God Send. Thank You For Having A Wonderful Company!!! We will refer you to other's!!!

We love our new puppy! He is absolutely adorable! He is a which the breeder did not disclose and he also is a straddle sitter. I felt this should have also been disclosed by the breeder. Other than that, he is an absolute love and a joy to have in our family! He gets along great with our other dog Louie! We named him Jessie!

I only have one complaint. Your company should have a list of phone numbers of each branch or department. It's kind of hard, as a buyer to find the right (departments) person you were talking to ask questions.

Love Reagan to death. She has been wonderful. So loving and playful. She is a very quick learner. Reagan is quite smart. I was somewhat concerned that I met Chester at a public pizza restaurant. I am not profiling but he is Amish and I am concerned that he may be raising puppies in puppy mills. I was wondering if pawrade ever inspected his site. I also was concerned that I wasn't able to see the parents. Reagan has been to the vet and they sent you the paperwork.

So far so good! The whole team was wonderful! Rufus (now named Bandit - he looks like a bandit & my husband had a dog named Bandit years ago) even came early. I'm very happy 😊
