Extremely poor communication with the Pawrade team. They would not provide any clear answers, or dates for pick up and would never pick up the phone. At the end, they wouldn't even acknowledge the messages and just sent over the breeders information who was actually very helpful.

The whole experience was great. Everybody was very kind and the instructions were easy to follow now I did off not to get the insurance because I don’t need financial assistance, but everything else was great and we are happy with our little puppy. She is healthy as can be.

After almost being scammed on Facebook trying to purchase a Cavi, I was more than apprehensive to try Pawrade. In fact, I remained quite skeptical until we had Winnie in our arms! I was very happy and impressed with the service I received. My questions and concerns were always answered quickly. Every person I spoke to as Pawrade was knowledgable and friendly. We were able to do a local pickup, and it went smoothly. Our family is already so in love with our puppy, and I have already recommended Pawrade to two friends.

I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we went through. We ordered our puppy from Pawrade feeling assured they would be organized in handling organizational tasks from start to finish. We dealt with so many representatives when originally my husband and I were told we would get one rep. When it was time for the pet concierge (of which we paid $1100.00) to fly our pet to us... we were told the pet concierge over booked and cannot come. Hence, we would have to wait another week for our already 8 wk old (ready-to-go-home) puppy. Pawrade uses a third party pet concierge based on some inside connections with ppl who work for the airline and get stand by tickets to fly. This is the only way they are able to purchase last minute tickets when someone orders a pet. Terrible! Pawrade immediately refunded us the $1100.00 pet concierge fee and we then purchased two roundtrip tickets to get our dog. Out of characters.. To Be Continued.

Communication was great however the puppy listing was incorrect and I was sent a male puppy when the listing was for a female puppy!!! The listing clearly listed a female name, write up was for a female, all communication was about a female and when the puppy came all the paperwork was for a female including the Rabies vaccination paperwork yet the puppy was a male!!!! I am not against male puppies at all but was adopting a female and was completely mislead. Apparently, there were no checks and balances!!! Very sad, stressful and heartbreaking!!! I was issued a refund. Ask LOTS of questions and get verification with pics, etc.

Travel Communication and care of our puppy when she arrived deserve a platinum star from us. The pair driving were good to communicate and so was the team i worked with to get her to us. Very pleased with the whole transaction. Help was provided all along the way. Kept informed of all transactions. The people who transported the puppy were very kind and loving to the puppy and she arrived in perfect condition. The puppy is adorable and passed out vet’s check with flying colors. My only complaint was the 2:30 am arrival but everything else was a wonderful experience. The concierge team were very perfessional & informative and the ground delivery team was amazing.

The first part of buying/adopting Doodle went smoothly and quickly. At the end when I had questions no one would reply to them until other events had already happened. Kind of disappointed about the end of transaction service. Beginning was great though and that's why I it's 4 stars.

Parades was wonderful dealing with my needs for my new puppy. I only have one complaint: the delivery of my pooch was 2:30 am. The folks that delivered her were timely, efficient and respectful, but the timeline of delivery was awful!

Pawrade overall has good customer service and well-organized. My puppy’s total price was a bit overpriced i felt,but i understood the payment was to the company & breeder ect... So to me, i expect the quality for the entire process to be nothing less than great. I feel petpay could be more user friendly. After the payment it was difficult to see the details of cost from purchase, for the added fees. As far as the portal for communication, i thought was great. Very timely responses from team, always within the same day. I think there should be a live status on where your puppy is at for EACH step of the process and what steps have been completed. The free 30-day pet insurance is a nice peace of mind. Unfortunately, I did have to use it, my dog developed kennel cough soon after I got her. The claim process is a nightmare, its been a month since I filed, and I'm still trying to get reimbursed from the insurance company. They’re making it very difficult to process.

Yes, I had a great experience with pawrade service with being able to bring Maverick home. The thing that I think would have helped just a little was the itemization of the bill as I was trying to understand the fees I paid. I did read all the terms but that was a lot to have to read. Having it itemized would have been a big help. But it did go smoothly. I just need my letter giving me my breeding rights now. I am assuming that will come with his official registration paperwork.
