We have had a wonderful experience while trying to find a puppy. The breeder was very responsive as was everyone on your team
Overall great service. There was a lack of communication between the breeder and Pawrade during the week when our puppy got her vet check and a hernia issue was found which required surgery. This delayed the delivery by 2 weeks and I was made aware 3 days before she was supposed to be delivered. The issue was resolved after multiple calls with management and they did offer a discount as a courtesy which we appreciated. Our baby girl arrived safely, was happy and smelled very good. I was also able to track her whereabouts during ground transportation. I would give the company 5 stars if it weren't for the miscommunication overlook, the calls I had to make and the delay. Overall this company is trustworthy and very professional.
I was hesitant to proceed with sites that could be potential "puppy mills", but having difficulty to find the breed we wanted, I found this site, read reviews and also tried on our own to research as best we could. Pawrade has been with us all along the numerous steps once we chose our puppy. Warning that there is lots of informational emails and paperwork and I initially felt overwhelmed, but different contacts along the way were always available to call. We were very satisfied and overwhelmed with joy at the puppy we chose and how perfect he is!!!!

He is very sweet and seems in good health and great spirits. He is very loving. We are awaiting a wellness appointment. We got him home late on a Thursday evening. Everything is booked or closed until Monday morning. We plan on having his checkup on Monday or Tuesday. He is very comfortable and good with all people!

We are in Sarasota Florida for six months and bought Motley. Motley was delivered here in great shape. A little tired after the trip down. Passed his health exam with the veteran and got setup for his future shots. Everybody in the condos here just loves him. It was a good experience Thanks

Our new puppy came to us within a week; he was healthy and beautiful and fit as part of the family immediately. He won over our current dog within a day and has brought joy to the whole family.

Carl, now Freddie, arrived yesterday about 3 PM. He is very active and cute. I am impressed by how through your process's are. It really seems like over kill but i guess it works. It was nice to see the "extras" taped to the crate, leash, food, chew toy, and he had a collar on. That collar is impossible to open, we had to make it larger and slip over his head. Once off we still can't open it. We will be using a harness anyway. I am giving 4 our of 5 because i found the correspondence excessive and annoying. Please remove me from the email notifications of new pups as we now have our Freddie.

I was so nervous going into this experience. Carli Rivera, Alyssa, and the whole team took such good care of me and my baby. They answered all of my questions and promptly. Lou is healthy, happy, and doing so amazing. I 100% would use Pawrade again.
My experience with Pawrade was better than my experience with a competitor. Pawrade quickly answered my questions and returned my calls. I was actually trying to purchase a second pup through a previously used puppy site, but they didn't return my calls, or answer my questions. The staff at Pawrade was wonderful. Pawrade promptly returned my calls and answered my questions.
It was a very easy and well done I was very happy with everything

After admittedly being skeptical about the process at first, the staff at Pawrade were quick to put us at ease and guide us through the process of bringing our puppy home! They were trustworthy, responsive, caring, and patient with our questions (and there were many). The paperwork and instructions sent to use were clear and there was constant contact until the second our baby arrived. Highly recommended

Lettie, who we now call Pinky is doing great. She's healthy, happy, loves to give kisses. Clearly the breeder is caring for her puppies. PawRade was easy to work with. It was smooth transaction having Pinky come from Indiana to Florida. "Wags on Wheels" kept us updated on pinky's travels. She was more adorable than her pictures. We are all in love with her. We would hug my recommend Pawrade over any other ways to adopt a pet. It's safe and assuring to know 100% that your new family member is coming from a loving home. Hard to get ahold of after payment. You are required to send certain documents by a certain time but they don't provide the required documents by that time. Dog breeder said dog had rabies vaccination but did not provide certificate of rabies. Asked pawparade to provide received nothing. We feel more like we rescued the little dog.
