Puppy arrived Sunday evening. He was very tired the first 24 hours and then perked up. He is a real joy. The vet checked him out and everything is fine. You guys were all very helpful and communicated very well. We were able to track the delivery on line which was fun. I would highly recommend you.

Working with Pawrade was a great experience. Devin and Carlie always followed up to all my questions and concerns. Devin even set up a ZOOM session with the breeder to see my puppy. My only issue is with Pawrades's policy of a mandatory vet exam within 72 hours of receiving Chloe. My vet could not see her within that time frame. I called all the vets in my area and they were booked through the next few months. As a result, I will forfeit the first 14 days of my Health Guarantee, through no fault of my own. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff were awesome and we love our new puppy. She's so sweet!
This was an amazing experience. Though the process can be a little overwhelming, it is also comforting to know the due diligence that you do with respect to both me as the adoptee and the breeder. I have already begun letting people know what an efficient and trustworthy organization you are. thank you again for helping me find my fur baby. Elaine and Calvin

Pawrade representatives lied to me about this puppy. They said she was not only housebroken, but doggie door trained as well. Plus, they guaranteed me a healthy puppy. None of this is true. I will never buy another puppy through Pawrade again.

Finding my new fur baby through Pawrade was a breeze! She arrived happy and healthy. I highly recommend the flight nanny option - it's worth the extra expense for peace of mind and less stress on the puppy. During and after the purchase, I found the pawrade customer support team to be kind and highly responsive to my questions and requests. 10 out of 10 recommend!

My husband and I are so grateful to Pawrade for helping find our sweet Mirabel. She's only been here a week but is settling in well and is proving to be the snuggle bug the breeder said she would be. Pawrade was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. The process was seamless from clicking 'Purchase' to when my puppy was in my arms. We just adore our puppy she came happy and healthy and ready to play with my sons. The communication was excellent!
I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a particular dog breed. I had continuous support from start to finish. My puppy is healthy and happy. We are having fun getting to know each other.
Took some time to get everything done but happy with puppy. Typical puppy, energetic and full of mischief. So far so good. Loved by all.

You all did a superb job, getting Faye delivered to our home. We were well pleased with the communication you provided. Our veterinarian said she needed a passport stamp for each state. We were not able to travel the distance needed to pick up Faye to get her home. She is healthy and adjusting to her new home. Thank you for your help.
