the purchase process was good - would have liked to have know that our puppy would be hauled for days to the east coast and back before he got here. He is fine and a wonderful puppy but that is the only issue we had with the process.

Service was good, except I requested (twice) that I have a towel or cloth with the mothers sent on it and the puppy arrived without it. Apparently, the breeder did not follow thru with the request. Also, I was unaware that the puppy would be in a crate for over 24 hrs for transport and not let out during the whole time he was being transported.

I am happy with the service that I received from Pawrade. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and it was a pleasant experience. The only problem that I had was the issue about the food for Doug (Dougie). There was very specific instructions about keeping the pup on the breeders food for one year to insure the health warranty. I received mixed information which leaves me with a 15lb bag of $50 food that I can't use. I will explain in detail to a Pawrade customer service liaison via phone. My puppy is perfect.

the whole process of picking our and purchasing our new king Charles Cavalier was easy, comfortable and a pleasure.we couldn't be more i love with our ("Yara" ). now Gwendalyn Marie. i was guided thru every part of the purchase process then through the delivery right to my doorstep!
Everything went great, except I was not given a phone number for the breeder.
I totally love Alexander. He sleeps on my lap during the day and he sleeps in bed with me every night cuddled up to me. He loves to play with his toys and the cats are getting adjusted to him. Linda Martyn

She arrived with Doug the nanny. Her shot records are incomplete and our vet called your vet said they have no records of giving her a rabies vaccine. Also she arrived pooping blood and with a crackling deep cough. 1) we need ger rabies vaccine record and tags. 2) we need to be reimbursed for the $360 veterinary bill and meds and upcoming follow-up visit on the 14th 3) We did not receive her AKC papers that were to be included as part of her premium price. We will send you the follow-up bill after she sees our veterinarian. She's a lovely little girl but very sick when we got her. Attached is the first bill, photos of the blood on our kitchen floor after we received her and she pooped diarrhea. The many delays were inexcusable for health reasons, we still recieved a very sick puppy with more veterinary bills upcoming. Please send us her rabies vaccine tags, & AKC papers And a check for the first vet bill.

It's hard for me to write this review because I really love the dog I purchased through this site ( my daughter sent me the link. I didn't find it). However, the process that I went through, from start to finish, was one of the most stressful situations that I've ever come across. I felt rushed. I felt intimidated. I felt pressured. I felt unsure. I felt taken advance of, and I was not in control of anything at any point. I love this dog but would never go through this program again.

I had to put my Bindi down due to unforeseen circumstances. I cried for days--then decided to purchase "Ryan" who has been renamed Finn and today is his first day home. He is wonderful and I am so happy with him/ Everything has gone off perfectly. I hear he loves to chew, but as soon as I can get to the store he will many even more toys. He did w9nderfuo on his plane ride here. Was calm and has spent the day exploring. I think he likes it here--would kiss all day. He stays right with me. He needs to be housebroken, but I knew that when I ordered him. The staff at Pawrade was great with a special shout out to Tony. Thank you Tony for everything. I love her already and he is already my Huckleberry friend- Where ever I go she goes. (Worth the price for a quality pet. My new best friend. Julie Boehm

I was super happy with the service from Pawrade! I live in Canada, and had to have my puppy flown into Seattle. Everything went very smoothly, and the Pawrade representatives were communicating with me daily before we picked her up. I highly recommend this company for its efficiency, its communication, its high quality of animals, and the way they choose their breeders. I took my puppy to my vet as soon as I got her home, and my vet says that she is in perfect condition! Thank you, Pawrade, for making our puppy dreams come true!

Great communication throughout the entire process. I changed my mind at the last minute to have our pup flown to us instead of a 3 day road trip. I was happily and swiftly accommodated. Our puppy arrived safe and sound, happy and healthy! No regrets. He is the perfect addition. Turns out the only thing better than having one Cavalier, is having two. Thanks Pawrade!

I think you should have told me about her hernias sooner. I would have still taken her but you would have seemed more honorable. I think you should pay for her surgery. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.

I was told that the puppy I would be getting was named Lisa. What showed up was a puppy named Ella. Not very important for a pup at this age, but I wonder if pups got switched on me. However, we are very happy with her, and her new name will be Polly.

The entire purchase transaction was conducted over the phone while my wife and I were out shopping. It did take 30 minutes or so, but was quite pleasant using the auto phone Bluetooth. The puppy we selected wasn't old enough to immediately receive, so there was a waiting time until he traveled to us. During that time Pawrade concierge was very communicative. There is a lot of information provide covering all aspects of puppy/dog care, vet care, food, and general recommendations. The information helped us set up the house and back yard prior to receiving. We liked Pawrade assurances that no puppy mills are accepted. Overall it was a great purchasing experience. I'd recommend it for anyone desiring a specific breed.
