I felt some of the requirements were somewhat redundent. On the other hand, anyone I had to talk to were extremely helpful and patient with me. I would heartily recommend your services.

My baby died 3 days later and I still have no idea why. The vet is thinking parvo but having to do a necropsy is just awful. We are just heartbroken and want to know what you will do to help fix the situation.

Working with Pawrade was a great experience. From the time we submitted a payment for our puppy, The communication flow was frequent, clear and detailed. I had many questions about the Pawrade process and about various methods of getting the puppy to us. Our Pawrade coordinator patiently and thoroughly answered all questions . Via our Pawrade coordinator, I was able to have a nice conversation with the breeder of our puppy, which help me make an informed choice. Transportation went great and our beautiful puppy is here. There were no surprises- all went as explained and expected. We couldn’t be happier!

Our new puppy was delivered on time, clean, relaxed and just beautiful. She is 8 weeks old and potty trained already! This is our 2nd pup from Pawrade. We love the delivery drivers sense of humor and the respect they show to their furry friends. Our puppy arrived too young and very sick. He was not going potty. He was not eating. When we took him to the vet within 12 hours of his arrival, he was lethargic and dehydrated. He has a bacterial upper respiratory infection. We have paid over $300 in vet bills to save him so far.

My puppy was a day late coming to me. I never was able to speak with the breeder. I have no idea what food the transport people were feeding her. One of the vet reports put her breed as a cavipoo. I am a bit confused why. Can someone explain this to me.

It seems like there may be some transparency issues going on. My puppy, who I love to pieces, came to me with two birth defects. One was disclosed to me during the wellness exam, a small, umbilical hernia, but the second wasn’t. She is missing All five toes on her right front paw. If they found a small umbilical hernia and had me sign paperwork acknowledging that I knew about it, but said nothing about her right paw…. It’s not only a lack of transparency, but also misrepresentation.

Puppy concierges were very helpful and answered all my questions. They also sent useful info for care of the pup when she arrived . I’m very happy with this most recent interaction with Pawrade.
Every one was crazy helpful! The driver from Puppy Express was right on time and Bimini (now Bella) seemed very happy on arrival. We were pleased start to finish!

My cavalier, King Charles spaniel is the sweetest little girl. The breeder named her cricket. The first time of my life I've ever kept a name that someone else gave the dog, but she hopped around and is so lively and quick that the name FIT, everything in the purchase went smoothly.
