The business process was excellent as was the delivery process (Nanny did an awesome job trying managing the chaos associated with air travel today. One area for improvement is communications. Once I completed the purchase communications was not good. After I completed purchase I had difficulty getting information about when we would see our newest family member.

I received paperwork for mail Mabel is a female who is now currently at Lena I have requested an updated packet left a message never received a message back on whether the breeder is going to send you paperwork or anything

Hi Therese, our support staff does not operate on the weekends unless there's an emergency and handles inquiries in the order in which they were received. Our puppy concierges however are available from 9am to 10pm every day of the week to offer assistance. We have since been in contact with you regarding this issue and were able to provide the correct health certificate that resulted from human error. Our apologies for this mistake from the breeder's veterinarian, however I am glad we were able to get it straightened out for you. Additionally, we are happy to know your new puppy Athena is happy & healthy according to your vet!

We are so happy receiving our new family member Lucy. She is a bundle of joy to us. Overall experience with Pawrade was very good however, we wanted to provide some input on improvement opportunities: 1) Lucy did not come to Phoenix airport as originally informed but was sent to the Tucson airport and we were not notified of this until the last minute and after a few phone calls on how to receive her. 2) We asked for her feeding information but there was no further communication from either the breeder or Pawrade. We are new to the puppy world but had older dogs and needed some advice on feeding and handling the puppy but none was provided. 3) Lucy did not come with any feeding instruction documents on top of her crate as we were told and all that we received was the food packet, shipping papers and her immunization papers. If this was communicated to us the entire process would have been stress free.

I did review your account and see you were provided the travel itinerary on March 8th which stated your puppy was arriving into Tucson TUS on March 11th. We apologize if this was not clear enough in our messaging. We are happy to know Lucy is settling in nicely to her forever home!

We just got back from our first vet visit and we got a 100% clean Bill of health. Our little puppy is perfect. I highly recommend this company and would use them again. The level of communication and transparency was amazing. From the electronic documents to delivery service everything went as smoothly as it could have. From the day we picked our little furball to the actual delivery was about 4 weeks which I thought was great. And lastly the payment service Petpay made the transfer of funds legally safe and secure. All around amazing.

I felt as though the communication I received leading up the purchase was fantastic. Shannon and Beth both checked in with me several times to discuss transport and tips for the first days. However, I did send several messages and emails to a rep named Aurora who never got back to me. Thankful for Shannon and Beth as they made the process very simple. Transport was wonderful too!

For the most part the transaction went well. I know there was some employee turnover during the middle of this, so I know that contributed, but there was a span of time where it was tough to get an answers. But all's well that ends well and Arlo aka Brian seems to be a very happy and healthy puppy with the exception of a little kennel cough which we are already treating....

It was so great to meet Brandon the breeder. He brought peanut (jersey) to us at the campground and answering any questions we had. He's genuinely concerned about the puppy and peanut is just precious.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Pawrade. We found our perfect puppy (Cavapoo) through the organization. Their representatives were responsive and quite helpful in assisting us throughout the process. It was important to us to find a quality puppy and not support puppy mills. The breeder of our puppy went out of her way to arrange the transfer as convenient as possible. We took our puppy into the vet today. She is in perfect health and was loved by all the staff. She is quite social and is not afraid of our German Shepherd. So thank you Pawrade for the work that you do in preserving the integrity of the breeding of dogs, etc. and in connecting perfect puppies with their forever homes.
