We are so happy we got Nala (Sara old name) from Pawrade. We're so worried about buying puppies because of the puppy mill. Dan is very helpful answering all my inquiries with regards to the whole process. I asked for a video of the puppy which is only 4 weeks old then as well as the parents and right away he asked the breeder and sent it to me. Mary, their customer service liaison, sent me all the information I need to know in preparation as well as any last minute reminders for Nala's coming. Also, when I asked for a follow up on the puppy, she sent me a cute video of Sara running around the house. And lastly, Denean their travel concierge, keeps updating me about Nala's flight schedule. We're very thankful for everyone's help. Sara is such a bundle of joy. We love her so much. She's very active and so sweet. She loves to cuddle. Trusting Pawrade is the best choice.

Pawrade communication was positive and welcoming at first. Then things began to unravel. It was unclear who exactly to communicate with. I was clear that there was the pawrade liaison and the travel arranger, but many times I received emails from other representatives and it became confusing and gave the impression that pawrade does not provide customized support and service with a dedicated contact. Several times, the information from the breeder or communication portal was inaccurate. Somehow the system had the puppy's birthdate wrong which triggered an incorrect travel date that was later delayed. In the vaccination records provided by the breeder, only the batch sticker for the first round of vaccinations was provided. The actual date (which the new owner needs to communicate with the vet) was not provided.

Couldn't be better, Jax is now Scout and was pronounced 100% healthy by our Vet yesterday. He's adapting well and the entire family is in Love!!!

We have had an amazing experience. They were so helpful in finding our forever fur baby and providing us with all the information necessary to make the transition from her home to her forever home. With all the puppy scammers out there. It's finally nice to have a piece of mind, that there is still good out there. Trusting pawrade was the best thing I did; in able to find my puppy. I was so blessed with there service and the staff are so friendly always there to assist. Tony and Lindsey were there every step of the way. Highly recommend this website, if your looking for a safe way to adopt a new puppy.

We absolutely love Archie (Clint Eastwood). We picked him up from SLC Airport about a month ago. We have no problem with Pawrade but the breeder sent him disgustingly dirty and after bathing him, we discover he had a bad case of fleas. The people at Pawrade was very professional and helpful in helping with paperwork but not one person, including the breeder offered any monetary amount to help cover the cost of the fleas. It's just a small thing but it would have been a nice jester. Thank you to Sandy for all her help. Michael and Patricia

We are in love with our female cavapoo! She arrived healthy and playful to be able to adjust well. We attribute this to the village of people who made it possible for us to welcome her into our home including the breeder; Kaycee who helped to educate me on the transition and the needs of the pup; and our flight nanny.
