With all the puppy scammers out there. It's finally nice to have a piece of mind, that there is still good out there. Trusting pawrade was the best thing I did; in able to find my puppy. I was so blessed with there service and the staff are so friendly always there to assist. Tony and Lindsey were there every step of the way. Highly recommend this website, if your looking for a safe way to adopt a new puppy.

We absolutely love Archie (Clint Eastwood). We picked him up from SLC Airport about a month ago. We have no problem with Pawrade but the breeder sent him disgustingly dirty and after bathing him, we discover he had a bad case of fleas. The people at Pawrade was very professional and helpful in helping with paperwork but not one person, including the breeder offered any monetary amount to help cover the cost of the fleas. It's just a small thing but it would have been a nice jester. Thank you to Sandy for all her help. Michael and Patricia

We are in love with our female cavapoo! She arrived healthy and playful to be able to adjust well. We attribute this to the village of people who made it possible for us to welcome her into our home including the breeder; Kaycee who helped to educate me on the transition and the needs of the pup; and our flight nanny. Thank you for making this a great start with our furry baby!

My experience overall was excellent. I felt each team member was fantastic, prompt, and thorough with their responses. I had some hesitation and insecurities about the process itself just due to the fact that we were bringing home a puppy we have never met and going through a novel process for us - but each interaction I experienced along the way with Pawrade associates helped to ease my concerns and answer all my questions. I cannot thank them enough for a job well done! We are beyond thrilled with our new puppy (who the kids re-named Rosie) and are so in love with her already! She's seriously amazing and the absolute perfect fit for our family! She's so sweet, playful, smart, and gentle. Truly the most perfect pup for us. So thank you for bringing her into our lives!
The process was not only pleasant but reassuring, from the very first contact to the moment Harly was safely in my arms. All questions were answered and followed up with a written response. Each step of the process was explained in detail and handled professionally. The Breeder is to be commended for the quality of care and love of his puppies. My family and I observed a St. Bernard puppy that was shipped but he was not cared for as well as Harly.. I would highly recommend Pawtrade and associates. They all were great. Peter was so great. From answering any questions to getting us a updated video of our puppy 🐶 he was right on it. Being unsure of how this would all work and cautious about scams, they were always available which is big. Thank you for helping us get our new little girl. ❤

Adore or little Cavapoo! We'd never used an internet site to purchase an animal before and honestly this site goes above and beyond to answer any questions and get your pup in your arms! Their response time (including weekends and evenings) was so impressive - they really do care! Our little Finn is an amazing healthy pup and I would recommend this service to anyone in search of a dog. The local breeder route was too hard to find for us so we'll be using you again in the future! Thank you!!

Pawrade staff did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Expectations were clear, both in writing as well as followed up by phone calls. I appreciated the team ensuring via the interview process that we were ready for a puppy in our household. After we'd chosen the puppy, Devlyn called to let us know that the gender was different than on the website and after we finished laughing, all was well. The drivers who delivered the puppy were kind and texted me an hour before arrival to let me know the timeframe when they would arrive. The GPS system ensured that I had an idea of when they would arrive in general. The puppy adjusted well to our household quickly and was obviously well socialized. Thank you for a great operational set of processes. We recommended Pawrade to a friend yesterday.

Very helpful staff and wonderful breeder. Thanks for doing such a great job for us! Only complaint is that sometimes the emails weren't answered right away, so perhaps that just needs to be tweaked.
I found this process easy, but felt disconnected. While the people at Pawrade are friendly, they are clearly busy. It seemed the breeder of my pup was hard to get in contact with and slow with information. I know that my Pawrade rep was trying but it was stressful to have so little information ahead of time. Also, the extra money for transport was worth it but I definitely had to accommodate the third party, not the other way around. Who really wants to get their puppy in the middle of the night? Believe me, we are very happy with our puppy, who is healthy and happy, but I'm not sure I'd do this process again.
It was so easy to buy a puppy through the website. We received her via the ground transportation. She has obviously been well cared for and is already in love with us. I can't recommend pawrade enough!
Pawrade made it all so easy. We love our new puppy and had peace of mind knowing he was truly cared for while on his way to us. The communication was great and we use pawrade again.

Eden is a great puppy. She is loving and affectionate with her litter mate (who we also adopted). She loves people and we look forward to living and spoiling both her and her sister for many years. The process was also easy.

We just drove to Indiana to get our baby! They made me feel really comfortable in a process that was nerve wrecking. Its expensive but worth every penny. So far so good, he got a health check his first day home and day two is going beautifully. The breeder was extremely sweet and on top of the paperwork and provided the food as promised! 12 hours is a long way to go in a partially anonymous sale but both pawrade and the breeder were responsive and absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. Thankful!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Pawrade. From beginning to end, the communication was outstanding! On top of getting a new puppy, I was also dealing with the sudden loss of my little doggie and the team at Pawrade was compassionate and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone thinking of getting a new addition to their family!

Every one was helpful, communicative and the delivery process was easy and as advertised. We love our puppy. However, we got our Vet's Health Certificate and Lindsey told me to upload it at support@petpay.com BUT I don't see any way to upload it. So that is not clear. I left a message with Lindsey via pawrade email but no one has responded so that is not good. That is why I am only giving you guys three stars.

Pawrade does not do enough to verify that their puppies don't come from puppy mills. They were not able to provide recent pictures of the puppy's mom and dad or have a good communication with us during the Puppy Travel.
Lori, breeder was phenomenal. We are over the moon in love with our little Oliver and would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.
So happy to have our new puppy! Pawrade was with us every step of the way preparing us for his arrival. Thank you so much for our sweet boy.

Once I made the decision to buy a puppy from here, they set me yup with a Customer Service Coordinator & a Transportation Coordinator. I was getting details up until I made that final payment which was 4 weeks before I was getting the puppy then responses from this so-called team were few & far between. My puppy was being transported & I had no information on the company or itinerary until the actual company reached out to me to tell me they had the puppy. I don't think a final payment should be made until the puppy arrives & is safely with you. This company boasts that they're good but they're not. I'm a Client who paid almost $4K with transport, they should at least have the decency the send me updated photos & provide me with details when I request them. I hope this puppy lasts me a very long time but if I ever have to buy another one, it won't be from this company.
