Delivery of puppy at a window of 2:45am and 4:45am is the only part of the process I can criticize. Not only did I and my household find the delivery time uncivil even with the reasonsing. But every family moment and friend were alarmed. And for $750 delivery service I would expect a delivery window of 6am-11pm How you can justify delivering a dog during sleep hours is wrong

Working with Pawrade to find our puppy was a great experience! They were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from finding a dog for our family, to providing information on their background and demeanors, to working with the travel concierge to prepare to meet our puppy and connect with the breeder. Finding a puppy can be so overwhelming, but Pawrade guided us through each step, so we felt supported and confident in bringing our dog home.

Pawrade was great until they weren’t. It’s too big of a company and the liaison you’re assigned is hardly ever available when you need them to be. You’ll always be calling their 1(800) number in order to talk to anyone. The first question they’ll ask you after purchasing your dog is “when do you want to pick up your puppy?” Don’t fall for the trap. Obviously any reasonable person would want to pick up next day or ASAP. A more realistic timeframe from purchase to pickup should be a minimum of two weeks, so as to not get buyers hopes up. Our dog came down with giardia which delayed everything by a week or so. Not to mention weekends are a wash as well since nobody replies till Monday. I also had to reach out on my own to get updates as the updates provided by Pawrade were few and far between and seemed more like clickbait. They would get more stars if they’d actually answer back in a timely manner and if they provided useful timelines and expectations. Pawrade is a big middle man.

Biggest complaint was the lack of communication. I wouldn’t get an update unless I reached out each time. Communication between Pawrade and breeder was slow as well.

The website was easy to search and navigate, they had a large number of puppies listed for adoption (lots of choices). Puppies' profiles were very complete and informative. The representative called me back quickly after I sent my inquiry. She addressed all my questions and concerns and provided a lot of good information that helped me to narrow down my choices. The reservation process was straightforward (lots of forms). There was plenty of communication from the reservation time until my puppy was delivered to me. I felt Pawrade was a reputable dog adoption provider and they deal with reputable breeders.
