Ace has been such a blessing for my husband and 3 yrs old daughter . The process was great from paying fees , selecting dog, best communication with app ,delivery was great . I would recommend this to anyone looking for a specific breed and puppy . The pups vet records , and “petfax” and all info provided set my mind at ease . We got a very healthy puppy . This company has a “no puppy mill pledge.” Great experience 10/10!

First time buying a puppy long distance through a third party and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were in constant communication with me and guided me through the process. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new member of the family. Overall I received a beautiful teacup chihuahua w/ a sweat disposition, just as pictured. I did have issues w/ not receiving weekly updated photos n updated puppy weights as I requested. Even a wrong picture was mistakenly sent which was very concerning. My biggest issue was that the breeder’s contact number was withheld, which I think needs to be addressed. Overall everyone was very kind n professional. The transportation service was outstanding. They updated me on pick-up n provided an estimated time of delivery. The gentleman was friendly n knowledgable. But, most importantly he handed me safely this beautiful little timid puppy at 3:30am. But, by 5am she was comfortable n was fast asleep cuddled on my neck. Overall the experience went well with just a few issues. But, best of all I’m very happy that I received this beautiful puppy that has provided me with unconditional love!

Everything went very well. My puppy arrived today and he adorable! The travel did not seem to get him down at all. The process did work well and the team was in contact with me all along the way. They were also very responsive to any of my questions. Overall a very good experience!!!!

Pawrade representatives are patient and responsive. Link's chaperone made it frm Missouri to Buffalo, NY in just two days. Our puppy, Link, has fit right in with the other two dogs surprisingly quickly, giving our older chihuahua a playmate he wasn't expecting. Nothing more joyous than two chichuahua's racing each other around the house. He is a bit of a hellion, but pretty well potty-trained (although he still has to be watched closely). Thanks, Pawrade.

Well, it was a confusing and dauting process. The good - your able to search puppies from everywhere (hence 2 stars), which is great. The bad, pretty much everything else. Communication was spotty, we showed up to pick up our puppy as directed and the breeder didn't even know we were coming. We lived in the same town as the breeder, but were being directed by someone in Maryland about what to do, that's just crazy. Then all the extra stuff. I'm sure it looks good for the health guarantee, but be realistic, three days. We picked up our puppy on Friday, our vet is closed on Monday's, which means we are now void. It's almost like that's the idea, make it to hard but you can advertise you have a health guarantee. I mean, at one point I felt like I was buying a home or enlisting in the military, it's just a puppy. The price, wow, was it jacked up to cover the costs of the folks thousand miles away from the buyer and seller, it was a bit ridiculaues. But, I paid it, because I am dumb

This company is the best I’ve ever seen. The staff guide you through the whole process, up to the delivery of your pup. I asked for a video from the breeders, to make sure it wasn’t a scam and they did. The delivery guys were very professional and my chichuchua arrived a happy, non stressed dog. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pup. Thank you so much Wendy

We love our new puppy! Had a great experience with Pawrade. From the initial transaction to receiving our new girl, Pawrade kept us updated with regular text, email, and phone messages so we knew the status, and each next steps. They also provide plenty of guidance and material on how to prepare for the new puppy that was helpful. She arrived with all of her papers and proper vaccines - and was healthy and very playful the day we got her. Would strongly recommend Pawrade to others wanting a new dog and all the assurances they will be taken care of.
