I purchased my Chihuahua puppy, Lucas, through Pawrade. While initially thrilled, I later discovered he suffers from cryptorchidism—a congenital condition where one or both testicles fail to descend. This diagnosis was confirmed by my veterinarian when Lucas reached the appropriate age for such assessments. Pawrade partners with PetPay for their Health Guarantee, which I was required to purchase. However, this guarantee mandates that any health issues be identified within a 72hour window post-arrival. Cryptorchidism, being a condition that manifests or is diagnosable only as the puppy matures, falls outside this narrow timeframe, effectively rendering the guarantee ineffective for such cases.Given that cryptorchidism is hereditary, it's concerning that breeders associated with Pawrade may not be adhering to responsible breeding practicesThis oversight not only affects the health and well-being of the puppies but also places an emotional and financial burden on new pet owners.Unethical.

Pawrade helped me find my dream puppy. They were very involved with me every step of the way, from the first day of my inquiry to the day I picked up my puppy. They provided me with tons of information through many phone calls and emails and made sure to provide updates on the growth of my chihuahua puppy while I was waiting for her to gain enough weight (2 lbs) for pick up. Pawrade was quick to respond to every question I had, usually within the same day. I felt they genuinely cared about their job in preparing me for my new pup. They even took the time to schedule a video chat with the breeder so that I could see my puppy in action since I was in Wisconsin and my puppy was in Missouri. We rented a car to pick her up and I got a chance to meet and speak with the breeders. They were very incredible, caring people who showed tons of love for their puppies. I don't have any complaints in my experience. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone I know. I am a super happy!

The process was good at first, but interactions seemed to drop off towards the end. Emails were not read explaining our change in pick-up dates, which created a lot of confusion in the delivery process. All said and done, we are very happy with our new addition to the family.

Some confusion with communication. Did not get picture of my pup once a week. Only received one pic 1st week. 3weeks passed guess because of holidays. Otherwise satisified, especially with Cassie she was extremly helpful. She addressed my concerns and calmed me while talking to her. Thank you Cassie! Chico is extremely happy with us and his new home. Vet check was perfect and he weighs 3#s.
