We will never use this company again and will let everyone we know who is looking for a dog to stay far away from Pawrade. We love our dog, but that is a reflection of the breeder, not Pawrade. Everything went wrong, including our delivery date which was postponed, and there was no communication from Pawrade unless I reached out first. We end up having to pick our dog up ourselves after the truck broke down and no one has yet to reach out to me to see if we ever made it home safely with him.

I got an extremely sick puppy. I took him to the vet today. The front of his scull has not closed yet, may have an undesended testical. Oh and he’s likely from a puppy mill. Not happy

Luv my new little pup, named her Poppy. Very sweet but also very shy. The customer service was great although I would prefer one or two reps handling my case. Most things handled on website chat but I would prefer my own email or text but definitely got almost everything I asked answered fairly quick . Working on potty training now☺️

This was an exceptional experience for me. I was in constant communication with the staff. Transport took 2 days and my puppy arrived clean and in a wonderful state of mind. She is interacting and she has a very healthy appetite! I highly recommend Pawrade.

I could not have been happier adopting my little puppy, Abbot. Pawrade made it so easy to navigate the process and stuck to their word on every item. Abbot was received in excellent health and was well taken care of by the puppy transport company. They kept me well informed regarding tracking Abbot as they were making the rounds. I would recommend anyone that is in search of an adoption pet to let Pawrade take care of everything while you sit back and relax waiting for your fur baby.

The level of customer service throughout the whole process was over and beyond any expectations. The first day I saw her listed online I was on the phone around 8 am Saturday morning and got to meet her on a zoom call that same afternoon. It was amazing!! All my questions were answered promptly and my baby arrived on 10-15-24. She was just 8 weeks old and beautiful! We bonded immediately!! She’s brought nothing but joy since she arrived. You guys are wonderful to work with!! Thank you so much for bringing her into my life!! 🐶😊

Lots of communication, which is great. Not thrilled with pick-up scheduled for midnight Oct 7th. (SFO International) Flight nanny communicated through UA airline delays and cancellations the "night of" from Chicago. Finally picked my puppy up at 9:10 am the next morning. Shocked my puppy was handed over without her travel kennel. Evidently the nanny uses her personal kennel again and again. Part of paying for an accompanied flight should include a new travel soft kennel for the health of the puppy and getting the puppy home safely. My previous experience flying in a tiny chihuahua puppy (from Texas, not through Pawrade) included a soft kennel and a decent pick-up time scheduled. Puppy is happy, bouncing around and came through fine.
