Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She made purchasing Chica easy and helped us with all our questions. We had problems with Express Puppy bringing the dog to us. They were less than 2 hours from our home and turned around because of a problem with a different breeder. We understand there are unforeseen circumstances under which the driver has no control; however, this was a judgment call where the driver chose to not deliver the puppy when he was so close. We felt that adding an additional 48 hours travel time was stressful for the little 2 pound dog. Also, the Pet Concierge does not answer the phone or return phone calls. Cynthia helped us with that and even contacted the breeder about our concerns with extended travel time. Our experience with the travel portion was stressful and disheartening. But the dog did arrive safe and healthy. We couldn't be more pleased with Chica. Cynthia went above and beyond!

Well, bought my puppy on the 19th of March. I didn't receive him until the 6th of April. He was driven on the 4th of April, but 2 days prior I found out that he was castrated, had a hernia and the little soft spot in his head was, uh, very far. Apart still, how can you Castrate an eight week old puppy.Well somebody pays $3200 for a dog, and they castrate them without letting me know when I bought him that he was castrated, 2 days before he was sent to me. I was told that even when I took him to the vet, they couldn't understand why my little puppy was castrated. That is unacceptable. How can you do that? They post to be 6 months old to a year before you castrate them all that money, I spent and all the little things he had wrong, well, nobody told me to that he even had a hernia, until 2 days before he was supposed to be driven up here. They could have told me When I purchased him that he had a hernia or yeah, by the way, we castrate them already too. Why daddy said he has to be 2 poun

I am so happy with our new puppy, had her health ck up today all is good. The hardest part to me is all the messages and keeping straight who I need to send requested items to. It's been an all good process to get our puppy and her health is excellant, except for a little stress diarrhea from the trip to us. I'm glad i went with pawrade to get our new chi puppy.
