Everyone was great. I would have liked a picture of his mom and dad but having the information about both of them was essential and was provided before I decided the little guy was meant for me! Everyone I dealt with was highly professional, answered all my questions and continued to support me throughout the entire process. THANKS. Great experience, I would recommend. The process was smooth and secure. The 3yr health warranty is awesome! We drove about an hour to pick up our puppy, they were right on time. And I was pleased to be able to see photos of my puppies parents and their pedigrees. My only suggestion for improvement is to have less people involved in the transaction. I think there were 4 or 5 different people giving me different types of info (the 72hr vet check, insurance info, etc.). One point of contact would be nice.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. Although I dealt with three separate individuals it was so smooth!! One picked up right up from where the others responsibility ended!!!! Wilmer is an absolute doll and checked out beautifully at the vet!! I would highly recommend!

WE STARTED THE PROCESS WITH SOME CONCERNS, BUT PAWRADE ADDRESSED EVERY ISSUE MAKING US VERY COMFORTABLE. OUR PUPPY ARRIVED WITHIN A FEW DAYS, AS PROMISED. HE IS HEALTHY, VERY PLAYFUL AND CUTER HAD WE COULD HAVE EXPECTED. IT HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE AN I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM RECOMMENDING PAWRADE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC DOG. IT HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!

The whole process of purchasing my pup went very smoothly. There was constant communication with me during the entire process explaining in detail the steps in the process. The same with the delivery of her. The drivers kept in contact and arrived at (almost) the time specified.

Overall Pawrade was friendly and responsive. My reason for four stars is our cockapoo puppy's tail was docked…and I mean barely a nub left…and there was no indication of this in the listing and no photos that would allow one to understand that. We'll of course love him forever, but in my mind this was either a major miss or a deception.

Everyone who we dealt with was so helpful. The driver of the van who delivered Cordi was above outstanding. He wanted to please you and take care of our puppy. Cordi fit right on in with my husband and my house. She has the cutest personality. I am so glad that you gave me the food she likes because she loves it . Thanks again for helping us find the perfect dog for us.

My puppy, Lambert-renamed by me to Stoney, is a beautiful puppy. He slept on the bed with daddy and me and my poodle, Paddy. He'll adjust to all the new smells in a day or two. Seeing the Vet Saturday. Dealing with Pawrade was fairly easy, however, I would prefer much more phone interaction than so much online transactions. Also, I had to ask 3 times to get a fax number for my Vet to fax Stoney's initial visit information as I can't seem to get the info you request to send. Destiny finally did get me the fax number for my Vet. I am still struggling to figure out how to activate the insurance. Once again, I'd prefer to speak to a person to accomplish all the requirements to adopt.

This was my 1st experience using a breeder .. The website was very easy to navigate .. After choosing my puppy the steps were easy to follow . I appreciated the personal phone calls .. and the ability to ask questions. Over all I am so happy with my new puppy

Everyone I talked to was very helpful. When we realized that the breeder was close to where we would be traveling on the date our puppy was available, they helped facilitate our picking her up rather than using the ground transport we were originally scheduled for. I would have given five stars, but the PetPay side was often confusing. That said, the Pawrade employees were very helpful resolving those issues for me. Also, I would have liked it more if a Zoom visit had been arranged as part of the adoption process. The overall experience was positive and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new fur baby.

Lilah got here around 12:30 and she spent time looking around and getting use to her surrounding. She finally decided to settle down and get some sleep . She would not sleep in the bed I got for her she slept on my bed. She was more comforable whit being right next to me. Which is fine with me. Looks like it will work out .

I can't say enough good about this company. Unfortunately we were scared in the past whichever of very hesitant. Communication was incredible. Our dog was driven right to our door step. CANT recommend them enough. We got a 3month old healthy cockapoo that we renamed Millie!!

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a puppy online, but our puppy arrived energetic and adorable. The trip took about 4 days but it was worth it. My wife loves her and literally is now taking her wherever she goes. I love it!

We had a wonderful experience acquiring our puppy through Pawrade. I'm not sure how it could have been better. Everyone was a dog person. They were knowledgeable, competent, and proactive. The on-line presence was seamless and well thought out. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I am so so happy to have my little furbaby. He is so well behaved and sweet and he is amazing. Pawrade was so unbelievably helpful in helping me with all of my questions about my puppy and leading me step by step through everything. My only thing that upsets me was how long responses would take but once I expressed my concern, they worked very diligently. Specifically Janell and Lois were so kind and patient with me:)
