Very professional service every step of the way. They make the process really easy. Great communication during the process. Our puppy was delivered to our home after a 12 hr drive by a puppy nanny. She is very cute and healthy. We are thrilled to have her home! I would recommend Pawrade!
Brandon leads an awesome company who reassures his customer that they will be completely satisfied with any and all complaints. My little cocapoo will, I know have a fun filled long life with myself, my seven children, and 15 grandchildren. From start to finish (purchase to delivery of pet) the Pawrade team was professional, responsive, and friendly. Most important, we received a lovely, loving and well adjusted puppy on time. She just received a clean bill of health from our personal veterinarian. I will recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for an animal from responsible breeders backed by a Class Act organization!

I'm very happy with the transportation lady. She kept us informed and took good care of our puppy. However I am not happy with the breeder who never communicated at all and didn't give timely updates and photos. Also our puppy was very dirty and had huge crusty things by each eye that wouldn't come off with wipes. I'm going to try and use warm compresses to remove them today without hurting the puppy. With the amount of money we spent I expected more communication and that our puppy would have been kept much cleaner. I will probably find a local breeder next time.
I searched for a puppy to live in my home with my 2 children for a while I came across pawrade and saw a picture of the cutest cockapoo. The process was smooth and easy. Customer service by Devlyn and Shannon were awesome! Communication and responses in a timely manner and consistent follow up.

My experience with Pawrade was excellent. Everyone I worked with was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. It's not easy to make as important a decision as adding a puppy to the family online, but the Pawrade team helped me feel confident and secure. Just as important, our pup came with a list of all her shots and heartworm treatments, micro-chipped and care instructions. She also had a little bag of food, a blanket, toys, a collar and a leash. The puppy herself, an 8 week old cockapoo, is absolutely charming. We can tell right away that she was well cared for and socialized. She's healthy, friendly, perky and so smart. We've only had her for 3 days but she's already a member of the family. Thank you, Pawrade. I would recommend you to anyone.
I had no problems with Pawrade. I do have problem a problem with the puppy. She has Kennel cough, upset stomach causing bloody diarrhea. to her to emergency Vet today. she is now on 4 different medication. Her name is Kendall which we have changed to Harper. She is very cute.

Dealing with Pawrade was pleasant and precise. They do make the process of adopting puppies as smooth as they can. In my case everything went smoothly. A slight delay at the pickup airport cargo area but that is to be expected due to unloading the puppy from the plane and transporting it to the pickup warehouse. My puppy arrived without any trauma and was ready to play out of the box. Bring a blanket, collar and leash and some water at pickup. And poopie bags. As far as pawrade is concerned, 5 stars !!!!! I highly recommend them. They made the process so easy.

He is so cute ! He has eaten, pooped, drunk water and is now sleeping soundly. I am very grateful to finally have another dog. It was very hard to put down my Cockapoo of 14 years. Now I have a little buddy !! Thank you! Diana

After almost getting puppy scammed, I found pawrade! I was absolutely thrilled to be able to call and have all my questions answered about my puppy. Thanks so much for giving my new fur baby highly recommended to other buyers
Overall very streamlined and organized prices on the front end however after the money transaction occurs, the communication slows down and for those where this is their first time, need at least some follow up up until the puppy arrives.

I cannot tell you how great of an experience I've had with Pawrade. From my initial inquiry to delivery... everything was great! The representatives were knowledgeable and kind. No matter how many questions I had, they were there to answer them promptly. The Pampered Ground delivery service notified me along the way with text messages and pictures. They practiced safety precautions when they arrived, wearing their masks and distancing themselves as much as possible. I would definitely use this service when looking for another furever family member. Joy (who is now Fendi) is enjoying her new home. She is happy and healthy. Will update with pictures soon. Thanks again for providing such a wonderful service.
Got my puppy! I was nervous since it seems like there are scammers on there. But speak to the breeder and ask questions, everything worked out fine for me because I did. Happy to have my little furball!
Everything went as expected !
I finally received the adorable puppy last week. She is wonderful ! We are bonding quickly and learning each other's habits/needs. She likes to play, ride in the car and meet people on her walks. The Vet says she is doing fine. Thank you for this opportunity to raise a valued member of our household!

OMG I was so skeptical about the whole transaction because of all the scams out here! My pup was a signature pup and EVERYTHING turned out to be fine!! I did get irritated at one point because I didn't have any contact with the breeder to receive video of my pup nor more than 2 pics which was not right in my opinion, which was the reason for 4 stars. If it wasn't for that part I would definitely go through this site again. I will try to understand that we are making a huge purchase of such you should be able to talk with the breeder more and have more virtual experience with the pup up until they are in your arms. Other than that My cockapoo is perfect in great health the breeder is awesome because the pub mannerism at her age is phenomenal and you can tell she was loved and socialized before arriving at her forever home!!
The delivery was good. My puppy was happy so I am very happy. The girl did a great job.
