We have been so impressed by all the wonderful people at Pawrade. We love our new little guy, Beckett (originally Kittle). Everyone helped us through the process and made it effortless with transport from the midwest to AZ. We are all in love with him and can't wait for many fun memories together. The amount of communication received all at once was kind of overwhelming. I had to wait for my puppy to get old enough to be delivered and then there was a weather delay; so much of the communications of what steps I needed to do upon my puppy's arrival was difficult to locate. All of the consigliere have been helpful in helping find the information. The 72 hour window to get the initial vet check done is kind of rigid especially for those that might receive their pup on a weekend or around a holiday. I was a little uncomfortable with signing the Transfer of Ownership document before I had the chance to take my pup to the vet for a wellness check because you are signing that you are taking the pup "AS IS". The breeder did not provide information on where/how to activate the microchip. My pup is very sweet and very smart and we will have a great life together.

I will be brief. The Pawrade team was excellent and provided great customer service, no matter what hour of the day it was. The breeder on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. I'm just happy that our new puppy is happy and healthy and that this process is over.
The moment I met my little Sophie I was so happy! It was all so well organized and everyone was so nice and lovely! Thank you one million times! I love her so much!
The dog is wonderful. The service might be fine for you, but it was very problematic for me. Basically, they will deliver the dog whenever they feel like, with little or no warning. Think appliance repair, except they won't let you pick a day and they miss their deliverly window by 30 hours, and never call to say they are missing the window, and think it is very rude of you to want to be updated. Plus, they have a ruthless "must be seen by a vet in 3 calendar days" requirement, despite refusing to predict delivery, and making no allowance for weekends. I would not use them again.
Working with the team at Pawrade was such a positive experience! We felt relief from the beginning with the Health Guarantee and the No Puppy Mill pledge. Knowing Pawrade works with respectable breeders and provide a contact for questions relieved all stress from the beginning. We love our puppy, she's healthy and perfect!
This was a very easy process with good communication. It is good to know that they do the breeder checks for us and we are dealing with respectable breeders.

Sara was wonderful! Very helpful and always got back to us right away. Lara was great also. They always get back to you right away which brings the stress level down. Jocelyn Travel concierge was on top of everything Lucky (Nellie) is a blessing. I have to say Sara our first contact with Pawrade made a 10 star impression. The whole experience was great 👍.

My experience with Pawrade was absolutely phenomenal!!! The consistency in communication and ability to answer all of my questions made me feel so confident throughout the process! Beth, Tina, & Renee were amazing ! I absolutely love my new puppy who I have renamed Coco 💕 The only feedback I would give is, for anyone picking up in the Atlanta area, there is a specific place to pick up live animals that is separate from the airport. I paid for parking at the airport to pick her up and then was directed to a different address, and paid parking was not necessary at that location.

Everything was very easy with pawrade, I was skeptical thinking that maybe it was a scam but they made feel secure in every step. I received my puppy in about a week ago, she's healthy and getting use to our family, I'm very thankful to breeder for everything she send me for my Luna aka (muffin) it made her first night very easy to handle. Thank you pawrade!!
We are delighted with our new puppy. She is healthy and extremely energetic. We were kept up to date on her travels to us, she arrived on time, and both the breeder and the staff of Pawrade were wonderful.
We are so in love with our new puppy, he is so well behaved already! Everyone we had communication with from the time we were interested in getting the puppy till we got him home we're fantastic, supportive and quick to help with anything we needed!
Pawrades organazation and communication was excellent. However I found it frustrating that in spite of several requests ,I was not able to communicate directly with the breeder..as I had several pertinent questions.

We were hesitant to purchase our puppy from the internet but had excellent communications. Remi, our Cockapoo is just amazing. The breeder definitely had his children interact with her and she has been an amazing little puppy with great personality. The breeder had all the appropriate paperwork including a USDA paperwork so this put us at east. Tina was able to set up a Zoom call with the breeder at 6 weeks. The experience was positive and we are ecstatic with Remi. We drove the 1500 miles round trip to get Remi but it was well worth it.

Pawrade was amazing! I was so skeptical about getting a dog online because of the scammer stories that I've heard about (other puppy sites), but Pawrade was great! The breeder I bought my puppy child from was professional and my puppy was healthy upon arrival. Thank you for everything.

My puppy is precious, everything promised! Friendly staff and loving nanny brought my furr baby to my door. The detailed instructions about the care of my puppy after travel was helpful. Don' hesitant this company is the real deal!

I am so in awe with the level of support Pawrade employees gave throughout the entire experience. From choosing which little pupper was right for me, to updating photos, communicating important information and just making sure the process was an easy and successful one I am SO happy I used Pawrade. Start to finish, the process was straightforward. I got a great puppy and he's happy and healthy! I wished there was more direct communication with the breeder, but that improved closer to his date of arrival. Shannon was a fantastic concierge, she was really helpful with everything. The puppy nanny was also very nice and informative when he arrived. Thank you!
