I was very apprehensive about flying a puppy across the United States, but Pawrade made it easy and stress free. And i received THE CUTEST PUPPY in the entire planet. I have renamed her Liza Minelli and we had an instant bond. I am so in love with her. She is smart, healthy, fun, cute, cuddly, and quickly stealing my heart. I have never used any company like yours to purchase a puppy. 100% supportive, helpful and professional....every step of the way. I still can't believe we have the best puppy ever. The breeder was amazing and so caring to the pups. It was nice to see where I was getting my puppy, even thought it was a lot of travel...but worth it!! Truly a well run and caring business...and we are so in love with our new furry family member!

Puppy arrived Friday around 9 AM. She is a female puppy. Light tan in color with a marvelous disposition: sweet and calm, sleeps well all night. She understands commands, and is a delightful little companion.

I would have appreciated speaking with the breeder for information instead of going through concierge. They did fine, just once I got my pup I had a lot of questions, that I should have had answered before.

My only issue was that size of my puppy. He was advertised as 5 lbs and was delivered at 11.5 lbs. I asked for most recent pictures and weight but did not receive that and was provided an excuse that the breeder was not home at the time, now I know why! My experience with the Pawrade team was great. Each support person was very informative along the way. The Transporation of my puppy was well Coordinated. My puppy was delivered in a crate that had food and water for his travels. After a 3 hour flight, he wasn't too distressed, just nervous of all new things which is to be expected. I did a lot of research and had many many options and specifically choose this puppy based on the information the breeder provided like.. parents breed and weight. I'm concerned that this puppy will be 30lbs which is exactly what I don't want. He as definitely taken care of by the breeders. I would advise everyone to request a FaceTime, current video or pics before making a decision.

Thank you Pawrade! This experience has been outstanding. We welcomed a beautiful cockapoo. Our children are thrilled. The puppy is smart and responsive. The staff was caring of him every step of the way. They answered all our questions, provided guidance and support, and connected us with a fine doggy nanny who drove the puppy right to our home. They helped us surprise our kids at the front door. Thanks for a great experience and a gorgeous puppy! We highly recommend Pawrade. 🥰🥰💐💐
