My process went very well. I thought since Hazel's profile said she was ready to travel she would have arrived sooner. But I was impatient & excited. She arrived and in only 24 hours has made our house her home. She is perfect in every way. We are so in love with her.

I was rather apprehensive to start with, RE: getting a puppy on the internet; however, the process was smooth, Pawrade employees communicated timely and patiently, and our puppy arrived to the destination as planned. I am writing this review a week after his arrival. He is crate trained and fully vaccinated at 14 weeks, so we can take him outside. We are very satisfied with the process.

We bought a pup - I was very skeptical at first but fell in love with the picture and decided that whatever would be, would be. We picked our pup up last week and I am very pleased with the quality, health, and disposition of our puppy. The whole process was very reassuring.
After getting our little fella ,Gatlin, we decided we needed to get his sister too. The experience was easy with a lot of communication between Pawrade, the breeder and myself. The only glitch was due to the Memorial Day weekend the nanny couldn’t get a flight as there were no stand-by tickets available So, I was reimbursed my nanny fare and booked a flight to Kansas City to pick up my little girl. It was great to meet her breeder and have the privilege of flying her home myself!

Everything went exactly as they told me it would. No surprises. Our puppy has been with us for approx 8 hours now and we already love her. Thank you, she is wonderful!
I was a little anxious buying my fur baby sight unseen based on a picture. However, the reps from PawParade were wonderful liaisons between me and the breeder. The breeder answered any and all questions I asked. She even sent me a video and updated pictures of my little guy! Working with PawParades was so easy from the purchase to the booking of my baby's flight from Kansas City to New Orleans. On the day of travel they created a 3 way text thread between me, them and the nanny. It was a great experience from start to finish. So great that I have a little sister for my little guy coming within the next week!!

Our new cocker spaniel puppy is perfection. He is well adjusted, healthy, happy, and everything you'd want in a puppy. Pawrade made every step of this process easy and comfortable. Their communication about everything was so great and thorough. I can't say enough good things about this process of getting our new fur family member!! Truly high praise for PAWRADE!

Great experience, we had just suddenly lost our cocker to cancer and we were grieving greatly. Picking a new puppy getting pictures as she grew until ready to come to her forever home and being kept informed every step if the way was much appreciated.

Stacie (now Daisy) is a beautiful and smart little girl and we are in love with her. She has already mastered the stairs and is coming along very nicely with her potty training. Today she will be going for her first walk and visiting the dog park which is four doors down from our house. She has been to the vet already and declared in good health. She is gaining weight and had her first bath a couple days ago (which she was not too happy about). Over all, she is doing very well.

Absolutely love our puppy but not potty trained as mentioned. Not breeders fault as doggie door would be too dangerous with coyotes in our area. He does not cry or wine to go outside so there lies our problem. Lots of work many accidents! Receiving Vincent so early in the morning was difficult on us older folks (1:00 am) - I contacted puppy express as they did not but once call us on there own! I called them … when Pawrade knew where Vincent they contacted us once. We had no idea all the many pups traveling with Vincent ! Also I was hoping for closer contact with our puppies breeder!

This was my first time ever to order a puppy with an online service. I was very hesitant and nervous, anxious and excited all at one, from the day I saw him, made the purchase, and than the time for him to be shipped by a very wonderful team that drove him right to my door. I was already in love with him even before he arrived, but the first time I held him, he was home. Pawrade did a good job, and anytime I needed any answers they always got back to me in a timely manner. And as mentioned sometimes with the stress of travel, they may have a reoccurrence of a couple parisites, and we are dealing with that right now, after his wellness check, the next day showed possitive, so have him on 2 medications, we hope to have it cleared after his next check up next week. Other than that he is a puppy, eats, plays, poops and pees, and nice naps. He is training me well as to what he already nows. He is my little man of the house. Everyone from Pawrade was wonderful.
