I am someone that has been scammed $1,000 for a puppy on line. I was incredibly nervous to try to do this again online. Fate wouldn’t let me forget this little love that I have now. Against the advice of my family, I tired again. Every single person I worked with was incredibly helpful and assuring through this whole process. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. Tula, my cocker spaniel was delivered to my arms by two compassionate women who loved her all the way here. Tula is healthy and adjusting very well. Love my sweet puppy, she’s healthy, playful and loving! Didn’t like how long the puppy was on the road, I don’t think it’s ok to have the puppies traveling around the country for 3 days, for 749 usd plus tax they could have perfectly flown her to me

Having to wait so long for Amos was a struggle but once he was in my arms I knew he was finally safe and home. To the bottom of my heart I thank everyone that made his travel to me safe and well this team deserves the biggest THANK YOU from me, from his breeder making sure he was heathy from pawrade making it possible for me to find Amos and to the delivery driver’s insuring Amos was comfortable on his travel. Rhonda is very well behaved, although we were told that she was paper trained, and she was not. Everyone who sees her praises her and congratulate us. Rhonda is a great addition to our household

Daniel arrived in conditions that did not match the description of the pet transit service I signed up for. He was cold, scared, and kept in a storage facility that was simply not suitable for pets. I was told that he would fly directly, and he was put on a connecting flight which is further stressful on the animal. I took him to the vet and he was positive for every pathogen the vet tested him for and now have to start deworming medication. This is cruel and simply an unacceptable way to handle animals and the communication did not match the service in any way, shape, or form.

While a lot of information was sent, I had to stay on top of you for delivery time and the promotion refund. Knowing when the pup will be delivered is crucial especially during holiday times. I was essentially held hostage to my home for 10 days. Ended up getting a 4:30 am delivery on 1/1. Lost a whole night of sleep. Then I had to follow up 3x for a refund that should have been taken out of my charges without asking.
