He is a little devil. He was so quiet when we got him and within hours, he awoke with horns. He has a lot of personality and is very perfective of us already. We won't have him any other way he is perfect. The lady who had him at the end did a great job and the people who drove him here were wonderful. If I were rich, I would take Johney. Thank you Carol

Howard said you offered a phone call to talk about our experience. That would be great! Please identify a date so we can be sure the time works with other appointments. The delivery team did a great job during the delivery and this is so key to an effective experience. QUESTIONS: Is Iker/now MAX an English or American Cocker Spaniel? There is an aggressive side to Max that makes us wonder about possible injury or abuse. We and the vet found a healing wound in the neck area. Kathi found another in the back leg hip area. Do you know what caused these wounds? Look forward to talking with you.........Kathi & Howard

Awesome experience I could see where she was with the tracker thing the whole time when she arrived she was happy, healthy and clean and the people were very nice. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a new puppy!
My puppy is sweet and has a great personality. My puppies' overall health is questionable. According to the vet she is underweight and the vaccines she has had are unclear. The food I was advised she has been eating she will not even touch.
Juniper has been an outstanding new addition to our family. Process was a little complicated. As well as transportation out here. But all of it worthwhile.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
With Marigold/Paisley it was love at first site. One look at her picture and I knew that was my girl. It was sooo nice to have someone be the middleman and make ALL of the arrangements. Thanks Pam and Denise, Paisley has help fill a huge hole in my heart.

From the moment I found an UNDOCKED tail on a cocker spaniel puppy and found her to be available, I sought to find out what the process is to bring this beautiful puppy home! I received immediate responses via both messaging and I even received a phone call inviting me to call if my questions were not answered well enough through the messaging system. When I had deeper questions, Pawrade liaisons reached out directly to the breeder on my behalf. Several people were in constant communication through each step: Seek answers, Reserve once I decided she is the puppy for us, Arranging to bring her home, Steps to activate protection guarding my puppy's health, Steps to make her trip home smooth, Coordinating between the breeder and me to pick my puppy up myself in my car to save her air travel stress. I had so many concerns purchasing a puppy from an online source, but Pawrade made it seem like I was there in person through effective communication at all steps. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!

From start to finish this was a great experience...we're so impressed with their level of communication and Pawrade keeps you posted every step of the way. I love their motto "Puppy First" and they certainly stand by it. We're in love with Cooper our Cocker Spaniel!

The whole process was amazing! Had help and communication throughout the whole process all the way until Aspen aka Cece arrived at our front porch. She is such an adorable puppy!! I couldn't be more pleased how smooth the process went.

I am very pleased with Lanie and breeder. My only complaint is that the travel concierge routed me 6 hours out of my way making for a very long travel day. Ask lots of questions if things don't add up.

The on-line Adoption process was completely new to me. The Pawrade team was efficient and responsive to my questions and concerns. After I committed to the puppy of my dreams there was a waiting period for her to mature a bit more and make her trip to her new home with us. While I was waiting for her I would have appreciated communication, photos and updates about her from Pawrade. I contacted my puppy concierge and was given photos and video of her and was even more overjoyed and excited for her arrival. When she arrived she was clean, healthy and well cared for. We are very happy and adore our new fur baby girl!!

Very slow response to my original inquiries and then request to reserve my dog. A ridiculous number of EMAILS thru the whole process. I even got a TEXT telling me about each email. So I would have 20+ communications EVERY DAY. It became ridiculous. More forms to finalize the deal. It was funny. All the forms required signatures, initials and covered Pawrade's interests and didn't even mention my interests. Once I paid, ALL communications—all through to delivery—came through PETPAY. (The payment company?) —Even their Transfer of Ownership form. Strange. My new dog has been with me 6 days now, and the company continues to send me emails (such as a repeated request for the Transfer of Ownership and duplicate request for photo of me with my dog in a very specific pose for their records.) I sent it, but I told them that would be the last email from me. Pretty bazaar experience. The reason they charge so much for each dog is because they have to pay 8 people used during the process!

I just love my puppy Bunker, now his new name. He's adorable!! All the teams that I worked with, Cassidy, Lois, Cindy and Reagen were all absolutely 💯 per cent the best!! My only disappointment was the mix-up the Airline's made by sening the wrong dog to the wrong distanation. My pup went to Los Vagas. Then they needed to redirect him back to Portland, Maine. Poor pup had to fly for 2 days. I believe that this error caused him extra stress...
