First time using this type of service. I was a nervous wreck. The Staff at Pawrade was very understanding and answered any and all questions. The Furry Trails Pet Transport company were excellent in getting my puppy to me in great condition physically and mentally. I am incredibly happy and the Pawrade team are partially responsible for it!

Everything was great, but we received the wrong dog. We did not want to send her back after they called to let us know, because our kids were already attached to her. We were able to work it out with Pawrade and decided to keep the doggy we received and we decided to buy the other doggy as well. So our family now has two cute puppies that will grow up together.

I enjoyed working with Emma from Pawrade, there was plenty of Dogs to chose from with a wide range of prices. My process from start to finish was very good. Also the delivery person who brought the puppy from Minnesota to San Diego was very nice & handed the puppy off in good condition. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new family member.

I can't say the experience was bad because my puppy arrived safely and she is adorable. However I have left 2 messages to talk to someone regarding the dogs food. I was advised to get a specific dog food which I did but when the puppy arrived a different food was given. My puppy seemed to like that one better. I finally did reach someone on my second try very nice and explained my situation. She was going to reach out and get back with me. That has not been done so I am not the happiest right now.

I’m super happy with the puppy I received. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is for pawrades lack of communication after I sent the money in for my puppy. They were very adamant in constantly messaging me when I first inquired about the dog but as soon as I reserved him… the messages stopped. The only questions I was asking was for his measurements and stuff so I could have all his essentials ready for him when he arrived. Because they weren’t responding I started researching even more and saw so many unhappy reviews that I started to freak out and disputed my payment. Only after I sent the dispute did they start messaging me more regularly and providing me all the information I asked for. But everything after that went smoothly. My puppy arrived healthy 2 days later and the driver was extremely nice. I’ve had my puppy for over a week now and he is happy and thriving! I think it’s more about the luck of the breeder you are buying from.

The number of different people needed to talk to was not a great experience. Extremely delayed responses in message platform with no direct contact with breeder even after order. Description stated potty training and there was none. Vet records supplied are inadequate. Puppy tested positive for coccidia twice delaying his delivery but there was no history of tests or associated treatment. Recent fecal test confirmed Giardia. Makes me concerned that our puppy came from a not so great breeder. Just don’t think I would recommend this process if asked by others.

We are so impressed with PAWRADE and our beloved new fur baby, Joey. This process was flawless and exceeded all our expectations. Tge staff was wonderful, follow up was amazing and Joey is the sweetest puppy ever. He has been with us for just over a week and we can’t imagine our family without him. He is beautiful, calm and so easy. You can tell he had great attention in the first weeks of his life. Thank you for helping us to complete our family!

The fellows who delivered my puppy were absolutely AWESOME!!!!! I couldn't have asked for better service! My experience with Pawrade, on the other hand, was extremely lacking. There was an immediate response to my phone call to purchase a puppy. However, the Pawrade folks were NEVER available to answer my subsequent phone calls. Additionally, only 1 of my numerous texts received the requested phone call response. Holly called me back in answer to 1 text asking for help with processing a payment. I had later issues issues concerning the puppy delivery & insurance but received NO assistance to calls and texts left for Emily and Holly. I called the Pawrade main phone number and was unable to get in touch with them after receiving Saturday evening notification that my puppy was to be delivered Sunday morning (8-10 am) when I would not be at home. Luckily I received a text from the transporters & they were so helpful and accommodating! I cannot recommend Pawrade due to this experience.

Overall process was very good. Once someone knows you are interested in a dog it is an immediate response to any questions. Once you've made the purchase it's not quite the same. Sometimes you go days without a response. In fact, I picked up my puppy 6 days ago and I still have not heard anything about her registered papers or her MetLife insurance. Pre-sale customer service excellent! After the sale not so good.

I couldn't be more in love with our new puppy, Lo Mein (Lo), and I honestly couldn't have received a better birthday gift ❣️From the moment he arrived, he was already using his potty pad and knew exactly where to go. His energy and curiosity are endless, and he’s already keeping me on my toes! He’s fit right in and is quickly making our house his home. The entire family adores him. I also want to give a huge thank you pawride for making the transition so smooth. The door-to-door delivery service was incredible, and it made everything so easy for us. Lo Mein settled in without any anxiety and adjusted beautifully to his new surroundings. He’s already getting compliments from the vet, who was impressed with how healthy and happy he is. I highly recommend Pawride to anyone looking for a puppy. After a tough loss in October, having Lo Mein here this Christmas has truly filled our hearts again. Thank you to Pawride and the breeder for making this experience so wonderful!
