Pupp my cane with invalid vet papers, never was contacted by transport, puppy arrived to me with worms and a tick that was filled with blood. Received photos after texting transport of someone holding the dog in a room, never get called back so many discrepancies. So upset. Spent so much money on such an unreliable website.

The ONLY reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that whenever I asked a question or sent an email or made a phone call, no one answered the email, no one answered the questions on the portal and very rarely could I get anyone to answer the phone or call me back when leaving a voice mail. Communications needs a lot work. I never heard when my puppy went through her vet visit and I had to call to confirm my plans to fly to Indiana and pick her up. Other than that, I am thrilled with my new baby girl. Thank you.

Our experience with pawrade was amazing!!! With all these different scams out there, I was very skeptical about purchasing a dog online however, paul Ray walked me through every step of the way was very communicative with me and delivered the puppy right to my front door!! I am so in love with our new little pup, Brady! And I’m actually looking to purchase another pup here in the near future I highly recommend using Paul Ray if you’re looking for your perfect pup!!

WOW pictures did not do her justice!!! Dont get me wrong she was beautiful and exactly the way i had a dachshund in my head from my next door neighbors dachshund but when she came out of her travel create she was even more beautiful when an amazing fur… she’s getting to know use and loosening up THANK YOU PAWRADE!!!

I am pleased with pawrade they have done a great job but unfortunately i am very unhappy with the breeder of Filly. I chose a puppy that was older 6 months for a reason. Her profile said she was puppy pad trained, doggie door trained and they were working on potty training with their litter. Within a few hours i could see Filly wasn't even responding to her name, or the word no or any other commands that a 6 month old dog would and should know. She wants to be constantly held and will non stop bark until you pick her up. She will not sleep in a crate nor a doggie bed only on the bed which we do not allow our dogs to do. Also when i took her to her 72 vet check up they said she has to get a parvo/distemper shot because they waited to long to give her the rest of her vaccines. I am not happy at all about all of this. I would recommend that you do not sell this breeders puppies because they were not honest on their profile for Filly nor prepared her for adoption.

What a character. She transition like we were her first family. She is very happy, busy and playful. My other dog and her are slowly getting to know each other. She loves to play ball ( which is bigger than her mouth. She likes having both mom and dad together. Kudos to the couple that trained h er. She is potty pad perfectly trained. ☺️ We LOVE her.

In the beginning, communication seemed like it would be great and then dwindled. I expected weekly pictures and updates as well as someone reaching out to plan pick up. I did ask and was told something completely different than what actually happened. I am happy to have the puppy. Sadly, at the vet visit today, I learned he had hook worms and a double ear infection. I expected more.

I was scammed the first time I tried to buy a puppy so buying throw this website was very professional and comforting. The only thing I would change is that the travel representative should have called and confirmed travel like all the other customer service providers along the way of this puppy adoption.
