The Pawrade process was excellent. I first called Pawrade at 9pm cst expecting to get a recording but Ashley picked up! Within 10 minutes she answered all our questions and we reserved our puppy. Pawrade was continuing updating our process with texts and phone calls. We received our puppy from he delivery service and they too kept us updated as they approached our home. Easy, and very professional service. Definitely recommend Pawrade!

Excellent organization - all throughout the process they were very helpful. My new puppy is adorable of course and very healthy and happy! I met the breeder at the exchange and she seemed genuinely concerned that her puppy was well-placed. She was very professional but also very nice! And is allowing me to text her with questions.

I am so excited. Daisy is the sweetest baby. And as cute as she is sweet. Everything went smoothly. I received calls, texts and emails to keep me posted almost every day until I got her. If I decide to get Daisy a sibling I will use Pawrade again

We love love love our new puppy. He was well loved and taken care of before he came to us. He was a happy healthy puppy when he got to us. The process through Pawrade was simple and user friendly. I would definitely use them again. The only negative I have is that I feel bad that he was in a car for 3 straight days traveling to us, because of the amount of puppies they had for one trip.

I have been looking for a female dachshund for over 2 years. Recently, I came across the services of Pawrade and am so happy that I did. The whole process from the 1st time that I talked to Tara was extremely rewarding. Everyone through the whole process was great, and within 2 weeks of contacting Pawrade, we were back home with our little Tizzy who is a pure delight. She is a long hair miniature dachshund and just turned 3 mounts old weighting in at 4 pounds 1 oz. Hopefully, she will reach an adult weight of right around 9 to 10 pound as her parents were 9 & 10 pounds. Again, I want to thank everyone at Pawrade for the great service you provide!!!

I will never recommend pawrade to anyone. Made the best possible experience of having a puppy a nightmare. Lots of back and forths, miscommunication, errors that were never addressed or apologized for. Everything felt like a scam at all points. Asked several times for pictures and videos of my puppy since I has fully paid for her and never received them. They keep information away until they have your money. Worst experience

Baird is my second mini dachshund from Parade, so I know how great the experience can be, and where it fell to meet expectations this time in two ways. First, the pics the first time of Rory at 3 months were Rory exactly when he arrived. The pics of Baird, who arrived at 18 weeks, were as different as puppy smooth, 18 weeks long hair. Second, the delivery van likely hit snow during the trip. I was told Monday delivery, he arrived on Monday, but the dispatcher between the driving crew, and me didn't hear me keep asking for Monday confirmation. I didn't need the hour. I needed the day. Obviously it worked out. In fact today, I made sure that the service guy at the car dealership, who was a dachshund fan, knew to check out Parade, and mention my name.

The process was smooth. I tend to stress out when buying anything expensive so this was no different. I read so many positive and even the negative reviews; trying to make sure I was well informed. A coworkers informed me that they had a family member who was a hobby/limited breeder and sold on platforms just like Pawrade. I can honestly say the only true stress I had was on delivery date due to snow storm causing delay. Pawrade staff were quick to respond to questions or requests. Delivery company was also efficient in their response regarding delivery. Once my pup arrived he was so perfect! I could tell the breeder interacted with him frequently. He was puppy pad trained. He was accustomed to other dogs and loved kids. He instantly snuggled and was not cautious around us. He arrived with records, breeder provided a blanket, toys and food. Overall great experience and extremely happy! We are so in love with our pup!!

The service provided by Pawrade was excellent. I got my six-month-old puppy delivered to me safely, and the process was pretty smooth all the way around, but now my puppy is having to get used to her new home with me. Today is my third day having her, and she's finally beginning to show signs of acclimation to the environment. For anyone else who gets a six-month-old puppy like I did, it may be helpful to do learn about the "3-3-3 rule" which is a guideline for transitioning a dog into its new home and helping it to settle in. The three 3s refers to the first three days, three weeks, and three months.
