Only issue I had was delivery was made after 11pm at night. Wish it was just a little bit earlier in the evening instead of so late.

Smooth process from start to finish. I was afraid it was a scam at first, but am happy to report that it is a legitimate company. After paying for my pup, Pawrade was in close communication with me. I chose air transportation but then learned that it had to be less than 85 degrees when the plane landed, so I had to switch to ground. Pup traveled from Missouri to California which took about 3 days. She arrived at 2am in the morning, but I knew this was a possibility when I signed the contract - they travel around the clock because that's healthiest for the pups. My pup arrived clean and in good spirits. She didn't have any problem adjusting and got a thumbs up from her Wellness vet check when I took her the day after receiving her. She is a blessing and the best thing I ever bought for myself!

We had a great experience with Pawrade! We bought a cute little 9 week old red hair dachshund and everything went smooth from finding the perfect one to having him delivered! Now we have the perfect little addition to our family!

Our new puppy is adorable. However, there were a few inconsistencies in when we were told the puppy was being picked up for transport vs. the actual day he was picked up. [1 day later]. As well, the responses to inquiries are sometimes short and not the friendliest. Could tighten up the professionalism, steps needed and responses.

First of all I want to commend the puppy concierge team. Tara, Holly and especially Emily. You were wonderful during the puppy purchase! Thank you! It was confusing how to enter a coupon. Maybe you should let people know they need to call with coupons. Thank you to Emily who gave me final direction how to activate insurance and when to make vet visit. Once I was turned over to the Travel department communication was very poor. I was never told the date of vet appointment and needed to pay travel arrangements weeks before travel was even scheduled. Finally Told vet visit was Friday. On Monday, when I asked, was told they were waiting for vet appointment to be reviewed? By Pawrade. Unacceptable that vet visit was Friday and on Tuesday I find out she was bitten by a litter mate. Also Vet visit must be done within 72 hours but no actual travel arrangements have been secured? And finally, why not work only with travel companies that offer GPS?

They did an excellent job of communication during transit. The new pup in gorgeous. He's shy but it's his first day. He will wam up. I would recommend this group to anyone. My only issue is that he was in transit for four days. But he is here now.

Internally, pawrade was very helpful and responsive during the process of purchase. After receiving my puppy with paper vet records, which my vet confirmed were not USDA compatible because they should have been digital, I also found out that he had ear infections and mites in both ears which did not match the records I received from his vet appointment with the breeder. A few days after this, we found out he had a stomach parasite usually contracted from drinking contaminated water/puddle water/shared water from outside. Additional meds and exams were needed from that as well. Ultimately not thrilled with the slew of issues I had upon receiving my puppy and Pawrade is really no where to be found or discuss any kind of reimbursement options for med bills. Skeptical on the breeders environment as well from all the issues. Love my dog but not sure about pawrade overall.
