First of all I want to commend the puppy concierge team. Tara, Holly and especially Emily. You were wonderful during the puppy purchase! Thank you! It was confusing how to enter a coupon. Maybe you should let people know they need to call with coupons. Thank you to Emily who gave me final direction how to activate insurance and when to make vet visit. Once I was turned over to the Travel department communication was very poor. I was never told the date of vet appointment and needed to pay travel arrangements weeks before travel was even scheduled. Finally Told vet visit was Friday. On Monday, when I asked, was told they were waiting for vet appointment to be reviewed? By Pawrade. Unacceptable that vet visit was Friday and on Tuesday I find out she was bitten by a litter mate. Also Vet visit must be done within 72 hours but no actual travel arrangements have been secured? And finally, why not work only with travel companies that offer GPS?

I can’t begin to tell you all how much I appreciate all you’ve done!! From Tara to Lois to Reagan I was able to contact everyone and they were all so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Parade to anyone that is serious about getting a pup. Thank you all so very much!!!!

They did an excellent job of communication during transit. The new pup in gorgeous. He's shy but it's his first day. He will wam up. I would recommend this group to anyone. My only issue is that he was in transit for four days. But he is here now.

Naturally apprehensive about buying a puppy online, I reviewed on BBB and did some other research. They seemed legit and were quick to respond to my questions. Because they seemed so thorough throughout the whole process, I decided to go further and adopt our little mini-weenie! I'm so glad I did, she is as sweet as can be. The whole process took about a week. Pawdade made sure I was informed about everything and gave me protocols to follow upon her arrival (to thorough to be a scam, right?). Despite having an ear infection upon her 3-day check up at the vet, she is otherwise a happy, peppy, puppy, and we all love her so much already!

Internally, pawrade was very helpful and responsive during the process of purchase. After receiving my puppy with paper vet records, which my vet confirmed were not USDA compatible because they should have been digital, I also found out that he had ear infections and mites in both ears which did not match the records I received from his vet appointment with the breeder. A few days after this, we found out he had a stomach parasite usually contracted from drinking contaminated water/puddle water/shared water from outside. Additional meds and exams were needed from that as well. Ultimately not thrilled with the slew of issues I had upon receiving my puppy and Pawrade is really no where to be found or discuss any kind of reimbursement options for med bills. Skeptical on the breeders environment as well from all the issues. Love my dog but not sure about pawrade overall.

I couldn’t be more happier and pleased with Pawrade. We just live and adore our new puppy, she is already home and part of the family. I’m not going to lie to any one reading this, Pawrade is the perfect place to purchase a new puppy. I know there are ALOT of scammers out there as we found out and thank goodness we never sent the money. So we were a little hesitant at first but we read thoroughly thru there website as well as contacted them and spoke to several people who informed us it was legit. They were right and they had a secure payment process. They kept in touch with us during the process to let us know what the next steps were and what we needed to do on our end. Pawrade was very helpful in that aspect and the delivery was perfect, simple and awesome! I can tell that we did wish that they would have sent us update photos and just put us know how are new puppy was doing. Other than that we had a great experience and would do it again! Thanks PAWRADE!!

Process was getting a little drawn out, but we got a great puppy. One note: our puppy had to ride in a van until he got to us. If you can afford it I'd go with air travel.

I could not be happier with the process of finding our new, little buddy "Biggie Smalls". He is a mini Dachshund and the coolest doggo on the block. From putting in an interest request to get more info about our mini, until Biggie was safely in our arms, Pawrade did an outstanding job. 10s across the board! Great experience from start to finish! Excellent communication at every level. We purchased our puppy on Monday the 17th, and he arrived early afternoon the 26th. The transport team was fantastic, sending updates every morning, afternoon and night. They were right on time. The breeder sent a cute little care package, with some food, a baby blanket and a toy. Would not hesitate to recommend Pawrade! In fact, we have another pup coming next week!

We love our boy! We can tell he comes from great parents. He’s absolutely beautiful. The paperwork and all the information was hard for us to keep up with. But, we would only get a puppy through you.

I was quoted a price, but everytime a payment was made there appeared a "Fee" of some sort. I ended up paying almost $1,000. More than original price. Extra fees should be reported in original quote not after first deposit is made. Puppy is cute, but arrived hungry and dehydrated, she is being treated for a Fecal infection with visible Blood in her stool.
