The whole process was so smooth and anytime I had a question someone was there to answer it. Our puppy is everything we imagined and more and we are so glad she made it home safe thanks to the travel team❤️ I will recommend you all to anyone and everyone.

We. Are. Obsessed!!!!!!!! He is the sweetest best dog! Long-haired miniature dachshund from Indiana. He literally came potty trained. The breeder was amazing and working with pawrade was smooth along the way. We are now looking for another one on there. It’s addictive. lol

Pawrade has been great. The whole transaction was easy and seamless. Freda now renamed Gracie, is doing fantastic. She is maturing quickly. Getting better at potty training everyday. She walks on a leash pretty good for her age. We take 2-3 fifteen minute walks everyday and walk the backyard at least seven times a day. At first she would get distracted by leaves or bugs and would forget to go potty but now she is getting down to business. She is a natural at playing fetch the ball. On our walks she has met some nice dogs that love playing with her. She is so bright and spunky and is the center of my daily life. On October 26th we will start puppy socialization class. Please tell the breeder thank you. We absolutely adore her. And yes, she sleeps in my bed cause shes a great cuddle bunny. Sincerely, Jill

Tyra is perfect! Such a sweet dog. Pawrade was so helpful with questions. I took away a star because after I paid, I had to initiate communication to get updates. I think once you have your money, the same level of customer service should continue until the owner has possession of their pet. Other than that piece, this process was easy and now my fur baby is home.

A+ all the way around. Initially bought my puppy, Luna, while overseas and Pawrade was wonderful in keeping me up to speed via email with any and everything related to my puppy. They even worked around a delivery date because of my travel! I cannot stress how wonderfully streamlined Pawrade makes this process. Initially, during the application process everything was going smoothly. After the purchase of the puppy communication became difficult and slow, especially when attempting to get updates on the transport of the puppy. Finally, when we found out that the puppy was on the way, it was a complete disaster! My husband took a day off from work to be at home to receive the puppy. Puppy arrived a day later, and I had to make arrangements to be dropped off at my work instead. Concerning the puppy, he is ADORABLE, and it was obvious the breeder was working with him prior of him coming. Unfortunately, the day after the Wellness check required by the health insurance the puppy had acquired a strain of Corona that is only common in northern states (Where he came from). We were very concern with the puppy and praying that we caught the illness on time. Our baby puppy now is doing wonderfully, growing and eating well, but for a while it was worrying us! Thankfully, we had Pet Insurance!

Everything went flawlessly. Lincoln's (now Blitz) breeder was very friendly and met me near the interstate to pick him up, which was most helpful! She wants to stay in touch and see pictures of him growing up, which I love as he will always have a connection with her and his first home. All the paperwork was easy, and I have everything I need to make sure Blitz grows up healthy and happy.

From beginning to end nothing but perfection. Very impressed with everyone we spoke with… very knowledgeable, very helpful and informative. The helped guide us with every question and concern. The whole process made it so easy! Other than our perfect puppy, Pawrade was a great decision! Don’t hesitate!

All went well no problems with the transaction. The only issue I had was with the flight for her It was delayed and when it arrived we were told she wasn’t on the flight. Obviously, this was not a pawrade problem until I went to look for help with finding out where she was and what happened. Since it was after 11:00 pm They were closed and I could not reach anyone. Fortunately, there was a second flight from her layover airport that landed minutes after her flight and apparently she was on that one or so I was told. But it was quite unnerving when I could not find anyone to help me.

Pawrade was very helpful in the steps of not only the payments but for the puppy’s travel. They always talked through what was happening and when. They are good about keeping you updated. They understood concerns and answered any questions I had before getting my puppy. I couldn’t have done it without their help! All the people the I spoke with at Pawrade were the nicest, most patient,very knowledgeable and just great to talk to .
Communication after purchase was spotty at best. We asked for a blanket or toy with the parents scent on it and did not receive it. The puppies (3 of them!) are all amazing! The delivery could have been better with communication as well. The puppies all arrived healthy and happy! And that is what is most important.
