Pawrade was so helpful from the very beginning. They were always welcome to answer questions and give advice about how to prepare for our new puppy. Transactions were very straightforward and delivery was smooth, although it was in the middle of the night. Our pup appears to be in great health and is super fun. I highly recommend!!!!
From the beginning till the delivery of my puppy, Pawrade was there to help me with any questions or issues I was having. They are the most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I know that if I decide to get another dog, Pawrade is the call I would make. Thank you all for your heart-felt caring in putting me in touch with my puppy.

Add was inaccurate and contained falsehoods. The add stated Crate Training Doggie Door Grass. None of those are true. Forrest will not stay in a crate a barks and howls the whole night, also he is not "potty trained" was the ad leads you to believe.....he has only potty in the house and refuses to go on the grass. He is extremely passive and only wants to be held. He does not know how to play....we have tried a number of ways and all he wants to do is get on my wife's lap. We have taken him out in the yard and he only wants to stand under my wife's legs and only moves when she does. The Ad shows him running and such....this was a complete falsehood. I want to call bank and stop payment on the credit card because this is not the dog you advertised and was a waste of a 3000 mile trip to pick him up along with the other expensed we incurred....Forrest does not know how to interact with people...the ad said:"The puppies in the litter have been introduced to socialization."

Pawrade was very easy to work with. They have a lot of rules, but that's what made me feel comfortable with them. They want to be sure their puppies are going to be well cared for. I would definitely recommend Pawrade!

I had an excellent experience with Pawrade. I found the puppy I wanted and I had to have her. I called to speak to someone about her and asked if anyone else had called about this particular puppy. The lady told me a couple people that day had called about her. So I knew I needed to act fast. I told her I had to have this puppy. She explained the whole process to me and we proceeded with me getting her. I asked if she would be flown to me and she said that they would drive her right to my door. That was amazing! My whole experience and communication with Pawrade was amazing. They answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to get a new puppy. We have our little girl and are so in love with her. She’s doing great and she did great on the drive all the way from Missouri to California with no problems. If you’re looking for a new puppy, Pawrade is the company to choose your new best friend from! Thanks so much Pawrade!

Smooth process from start to finish. I was afraid it was a scam at first, but am happy to report that it is a legitimate company. After paying for my pup, Pawrade was in close communication with me. I chose air transportation but then learned that it had to be less than 85 degrees when the plane landed, so I had to switch to ground. Pup traveled from Missouri to California which took about 3 days. She arrived at 2am in the morning, but I knew this was a possibility when I signed the contract - they travel around the clock because that's healthiest for the pups. My pup arrived clean and in good spirits. She didn't have any problem adjusting and got a thumbs up from her Wellness vet check when I took her the day after receiving her. She is a blessing and the best thing I ever bought for myself!

Our new puppy is adorable. However, there were a few inconsistencies in when we were told the puppy was being picked up for transport vs. the actual day he was picked up. [1 day later]. As well, the responses to inquiries are sometimes short and not the friendliest. Could tighten up the professionalism, steps needed and responses.

We are super happy with the experience and love our new baby boy. He's got an amazing personality and the process went smoothly. If you cannot find what you want locally, this is a great option. Would recommend talking with their staff.
At 1st I was a little ok, a lot skeptical about this as I know there are a lot of scams out there. However, once I reached out and talked to them, all my worries went away! Pawrade was easy to work with and communicated the whole way. There were no surprises and I received the same puppy that was in the pictures! My puppy had about a 12 hour delivery ride and the delivery service communicated every step! My puppy arrived in perfect health and good spirits! My Little Man is a perfect addition and such a bundle of joy! Thank you Pawrade and I will use again if Little Man needs a playmate!

I have such a love for the Dachshund breed and that is all that I have ever had. The personality that comes with them is irresistible and unique to say the least. I came across Pawrade online and started my research of this company and its process for matching people like me with loving puppies. When I made the final decision to get "Rudy" as he was known on the site, I requested more info and pics and my email was responded to immediately. I cannot say enough great things about Pawrade as they walked me through every step, every question or concern before during and after Rudy was delivered to my front door. I highly recommend getting your furevery pup from Pawrade. The process was wonderful and they will continue being there for you in the future. Also, Rudy is now knows as "Banks" who is already the head of household to my other dachshunds. Thank you Pawrade for connecting me to my sweet baby boy Bannks.

Wow - Pawrade was incredible! I've only ever had rescue dogs but my family wanted a mini doxie and we reached out to Pawrade - and they sent me the most INCREDIBLE girl who is now a part of our family. Cannot recommend them highly enough - a great experience from my first questions online to my sweet girl at the door and beyond! xxx
