Parade was so great to deal with…that is until we took possession of our pup. Our new little guy has some unusual things going on leading us to believe we were not told everything about his history. When I asked the contact about this she said she had no history info and I needed to go the breeder directly. How can you NOT have this pup's history?? Also, breeder has never replied to me. Our vet is convinced this pup was from a puppy mill due to many red flags and should that be the case, I'm just appalled. Hopefully all will end well and our pup will have a long healthy life.

10/10 experience! First time ordering a puppy online so I didn't know what to expect but everything worked out perfectly. So happy and grateful for my new baby!

Holly was delivered with nothing other than an envelope for her registration. It advertised that her dewclaws removed. She has her dewclaws. When I reached out to Pawrade they said they would look into it and ghosts use. Not happy with Pawrade at all

So far it has been the lifesaving I needed. Oxana and Keiko are such a joy. I've began house training and they seem to be catching on, yes there stil mishaps but when they get a treat we celebrate. When one goes and the other one hasn't the other sees the reward and sometimes that works too

Customer service was excellent. I was supported all the way from first contact to my puppy arriving. I received daily emails, texts or phone calls with information from what to expect when the puppy arrived to how to care for her going forward. I was allowed contact with the breeder which was very important to me. My puppy arrived with a travel nanny and was handed over to me directly. Because of that attention to detail, my puppy arrived stress free. The following morning at the vet check he said that she was an excellent puppy, and that he couldn't believe she had just been on a long journey the previous day. Pawrade was the best experience that I've had in a very long time. Everyone that I talked to always followed through with what they said that they would do. I usually don't give reviews, and never 5 stars, but these people deserve this 5 star review. Love our new puppy!

Pawrade was amazing with getting us our new puppy!! The communication was great! I was a little nervous because I read some bad reviews online but I trusted my gut and I'm glad I did! We got the most perfect puppy ever and he was even cuter than the pictures! In the process of reserving our puppy they helped us every step of the way. After reserving our puppy they kept in contact every day and even sent us updated pictures from the breeder. The day of pick up I got no answers from the customer concierge team but the next day they told me I was texting them in their out of office hours which I didn't know, so that's the only complaint I have. They need to be more clear on when they are in the office and when they are out. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and I would definitely get a puppy through this website again.

Lizette is an Absolute angel ! Amber my salesgirl was incredible. Pawrade guaranteeing that my lizette would be all checked out and healthy when arrived ???? She arrived with giardia worms and ear mites, and I have spent so much on vet visits. YOUR company should have been accountable.

Had a great experience with Pawrade and all questions were answered in a quick manner and we love our new addition:)
jenna is beautiful enjoying herself running in yard playing with her toys delivery of jenna was very organized I am so glad to have her!
I was surfing the web and just thought I'd check to see what dachshunds might be available. I clicked on Pawrade, scrolled through the photos and stopped in my tracks when I saw Kendra. I said, "That's my dog!" I'd not heard of Pawrade nor did I know anything about online purchasing of puppies, but I called the number and found Kendra was in Missouri (I live in St. Louis) and was told, when I asked, that she was near Springfield, MO. OMG, that's not so far, I said. So I continued to gather information and from this point on, the people with Pawrade were with me and the scruples with which they handled the puppies impressed me. I knew I would get a good dog. And I did. She's perfect; healthy, and adorable, feisty and cuddly, and loves to play. I am very pleased. Every step told me this was meant to be.
This transaction was not quick or painless but totally worth it. I have peace of mind knowing my baby didn't come from a puppy mill.! He's beautiful and perfect.
We picked up our wonderful puppy (Reed) Murphy Friday. He is full of kisses & spunk!! Couldn't be happier, we LOVE him

Super poor service. The puppy sent to us were infected with ear mites and three parasites such as Giarida, Coccidia, Tapeworms. I complained about it, but have not received any response since then. The health guarantee is a complete lie and a scam. You are really bad scam company.

Everyone was great and very helpful. We had just gone through a scam with another website and I was happy that everything was very transparent and professional.
Working with Pawrade was like a dream. Everything was quick, easy, and smooth. Customer service is A++++ and messages you back almost immediately. They even set up a Zoom meeting with our breeder so we could see our Lyla (we renamed) up close. I highly recommend Pawrade to everyone.

We are so truly in love with our new addition to the family. Pawrade by far was the easiest and smoothest transaction when searching for our new fur baby. I highly recommend. We are already searching for another baby to bring home.
Well to say Encanto is a sweet angel is an understatement she has adjusted so well with the rest of the pack that she knows this is home. She loves harassing the cats too. She's a small girl and happy she is part of our family can't wait for next month for the next one to join our pack.
