Everything went smoothly but it very much helped that my daughter was able to assist me (I'm 72). Be prepared for paperwork. When my pup was delivered I assumed all the transfer of ownership papers were in order . That turned out not to be so and ultimately I was blocked from signing on line since it was past the deadline. I'm dealing with that right now, hoping it can be resolved. Otherwise, my pup was given his forever name, Scotty, for his forever home. He's healthy, happy and full of energy. That's what counts.

The staff was always professional and very very thorough in the process of adopting our dachshund puppy! Even after we got home they did a follow up on our new fur baby! I would recommend Pawrade to anyone! And the breeder, herself, was very nice and helpful and allowed me to send pics and an update. The whole experience was very pleasant and non-stressful.

We had such a great and easy experience with Pawrade. I was reached out to immediately to answer all of my questions and was communicated with on a constant (but not overwhelming) basis. The puppy arrived when scheduled and is happy and healthy! The Metlife sign up was also incredibly easy and makes me feel a lot more comfortable in case anything happens in the next 30 days. The puppy was delivered at 1 am on a workday and had kennel cough. I was told she was house-trained, but she is not. Pawrade and the breeder failed to ask questions about our suitability as pet owners. If you have the money, they will ship you a puppy. I highly doubt that their "no puppy mill" pledge is legitimate.

We are almost 1 week into having our puppy from pawrade and we are very happy to have him. We were able to have him delivered to us with Wags on Wheels and they were great! Our main concern is with the breeder. It seemed like our breeder was reluctant to show us pics or videos of our puppy and we really wanted these as we were nervous purchasing a dog online with scams these days. Every time we asked for a pic it seemed difficult to obtain and we asked multiple times for videos and this was never provided, we were told our breeder had issues with their internet but that didn't make a ton of sense to us as there were pics given to us. There was no info given to us about the breeder at all, no name, no location other than state, no real information about mom or dad, etc. We did ask for pics of mom and dad and we were given a pic of a dachshund that was a really popular image on google. In fact, if you type in, "dachshund" into a google search it's one of the first pics to pop up.

It was great up until the day I got Saese (Lane). I have had no communication from Pawrade since the day before I got her. I've sent documentation the require as well as where to send the insurance proof because insurance@petpay.com comes back disabled. Would love to know they have received my documents.

I was a little worried getting a dog this way but my worry was for nothing. I was kept informed through the seven weeks we waited for our puppy. All my questions answered in a timely fashion. I appreciated even getting an out of office message before the weekends so that I didn't worry when I wasn't answered immediately. I got updated pictures when I requested them. The breeder was very sweet when we picked up our puppy. I would definitely use this site again.
