Our adoption process of our little girl Heidi (now Bailey Rose) was pretty easy & painless. The whole team with Pawrade that I came in contact with was fantastic and kind and helpful. I felt they truly cared about me feeling comfortable and confident in the process and in our choice of puppy. My ONLY complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is that the final vet head to toe check was lacking. She had a tick infestation that couldn't have been missed with even a minor look-over, and her tail end is either broken or deformed. Neither are deal-breakers by any means. She's the most precious pup. But I'm curious what else was missed and what my vet will find upon her 72hr checkup.

Costumer service was very good and able to talk with a live person when questions arose. Delivery of puppy was very professional. Overall great experience and I will highly recommended Pawrade to family and friends

Tyree, now Lil' Buddy, is a joy. He fits in with my 2 other doxies perfectly. He has not returned to his crate since I picked him up at the airport.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience while working with Pawrade! The process was easy and their customer service was outstanding! Devin was amazing and was even in contact throughout the day during her Easter holiday! Thank you Devin! She answered all my questions and provided everything I needed to know about my puppy. Also, thank you to Kelly, who was also amazing with providing details and walking me step by step through the whole process right up until my puppy arrived. Puzzel piece carriers are an amazing pet transport and my puppy arrived safely, happy, and relaxed. I highly would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy to add to their family. My overall experience with this company was fantastic with a few small problems. I decided that I wanted to pay for the travel nanny and when I spoke to the travel, Concierge lady, she told me that it was only going to be about 2 to 3 days that I would have to wait to hear back for who the travel nanny was going to be. Well, that obviously did not happen and I ended up having to do cargo, which ended up totally be fine. The communication was very poor through text but when I called I always seemed to get somewhere. I would def recommend them and my baby is finally here!

Delivered the wrong dog. Airline blames breeder, breeder blames airline. My name and paperwork were on the kennel of a cocker spaniel when I was supposed to be receiving a mini dachshund. $750 for delivery and a day of work missed by my wife and I set us back $1,000. Pawrade sent us a gift bag with a large bandana for the dog when he doesn't even fit in a xsmall harness yet. Just a lot of lack of attention to detail where there shouldn't be. Especially considering how much the entire purchase came to.

Selected a mini-dachshund based on the photos and write up. We have purchased dogs before (some with known medical issues) and they have all lived full and happy lives and received any special care required. The moment this puppy hit the floor of our home we noticed her back legs were not looking and acting right. Her hind legs slide side to side and she drags her right rear leg when she gets tired. We took her to the Vet within 48 hours of delivery and they told us she has a birth defect in her hips. She is too young for x-rays, but at 10 months they can explore solutions or surgery. Odds are she will always limp and drag her legs at times for the rest of her life. I know the contract states "as is", but there was no mention of this blatantly obvious problem. Very disappointed in the trust factor from the breeder and/or company. Special dogs need special care and they are very lucky she landed where she will receive it. There are people out here who care and would still adopt.

It was such a great experience. Olive (we changed her name from Deanna) is everything we were hoping for! She is loving and playful and gives the best snuggles! Our experience with Pawrade was great as well. As soon as I picked my pup out, the whole process was so smooth and I had my baby girl in just a few days. I would definitely use Pawrade again.

Transaction was really good, the people at Pawrade kept in touch with us every day until Rhett was delivered safely and full of good health. The delivery guys were awesome and very well mannered, only complaint I have is that it would be wonderful to receive the puppy during the day and not at 3am. A good experience with everyone though and would recommend them to everyone.

I could not give higher praises on my experience getting my new puppy with pawrade! Janell helped me all the way through the process with any questions or concerns I had and reassured me every step of the way. She was so friendly and communicated to me what I should expect through out every part of the process and it helped put my mind at ease while waiting for my new puppy to arrive. I definitely would highly recommend pawrade to anyone who is thinking about adopting a new furry friend. I can't thank you guys enough!
