We are so in love with our new puppy Dougie, (Mickey). As soon as we arrived home, he has been playing, eating and drinking great. Everyone at Pawrade was amazing. I was a little nervous starting off with the whole process of purchasing a puppy online. All my questions and concerns were diligently addressed by Peter (he was amazing) and he was happy to answer any questions I had at anytime, very prompt to responding to my questions. I was followed up with multiple times on what to expect when the puppy came home and the flight info needed to pick her up from the airport. This was a very smoothe process. We couldn't by happier with our beautiful Dachshund puppy. Thank you for everything

We're happy with our new pup! Only a few suggestions - 1. have the breeder state or an approximate location given - so people know where they have to travel to get their new pet, etc. 2. Photos of the parents which the puppy comes from. 3. Some more info on the breeders. 4. More prompt responses given that these puppies are expensive and there are so many scammers out there, it would be nice to have immediate feedback.

I am very unhappy with the breeder who sold me Slinky. I tried to register his microchip number, but got a message that there was no account for it. I texted and called the breeder. Each time I was told that there was a mistake and that they will get me my paperwork immediately. This has been going on since March 7. I don't know what to do. My last call was 3/18. I hope you can help. I don't want to rate Pawrade until this problem is resolved.

Hi Alison, we have since been in touch with you and provided you with the instructions on how to register Slinky's microchip. We apologize this was left out as the brochure from the microchip company is normally included when the puppy is delivered.

I'm so happy I found Luke on here! I just received him this past Tuesday on 12/29. He was available 12/20, but they were not able to find an available flight before Christmas for delivery. Communication with a liaison between me and the breeder helped keep the info about my puppy consistent, although, some information about his registry records were hard to obtain. His shot records are recent and up to date. However, I found out he did have an ear infection upon receiving him. Transportation was via truck with puzzle piece carriers! He traveled from Missouri to California and it took 3 days for him to arrive, and actually, arrived a few hours earlier than expected! The owners Lisa and Christien were phenomenal! He arrived safe and pre-spoiled! Handsome cute little mini dachshund! I was fearful that this site might be a scam, but so happy I took a chance with pawrade!

I will admit, I was a little skeptical at first. I even might have driven the staff at pawrade a little crazy in the beginning. From the first communication through the delivery this company was nothing but top notch. The entire staff was available during the whole process and answered texts and phone calls immediately. I highly recommend Pawrade.

Pawrade Correspondence was timely by phone and text. Coordination with breeder was good. Purchase of pet was easy and secure once your account is set up online. Pet transport by ground to your home, was secure and convenient. Gave 4 stars because pawrade limits time on phone with breeder, and stays on recorded line. After pup sale was complete, pawrade was not really watching buyers text comments which caused confusion and extra work on buyer. Specifically not telling me that the breeder would not bring pup to the airport until it was posted 2 days later. By then, a plane ticket was purchased, then had to be cancelled. This added stress to a happy buying experience. The company has implemented security measures so buyers avoid fraud. Overall, I would highly recommend Pawrade.

I was a little concerned about how things would work, but the process went smoothly, especially during the pandemic. Munch arrived in good shape and fit right in with the household. He was described as laid back and sweet and he certainly is. He attached to us right away and is gentle with some occasional puppy high spirits. The breeder is obviously excellent.

The entire transaction was easy and professionally managed!...I have already made recommendations to others. Charlie arrived and is just perfect as I knew she would be! I was hesitant to spend so much money on a puppy so many miles away, but Brian put me at ease and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. The pup was several hours late being delivered, due to traffic and a storm, but the delivery people were so nice and caring. The pup is everything I could have asked for. He's so lively and is pretty well behaved, for a 13 week old pup! He doesn't cry when left alone and is wanting to be friends with our 5 year old rescue. I've had dachshunds forever, but never a male or one quite this young and active - he's a beauty and I just love him to pieces. Can't say enough good things about the pup or Pawrade.

I was a little skeptical but any time I was Pawrade assured me I was in good hands. They were there through every step up until I got holly(my new pup) and I couldn't be more grateful for them, they kept their word.
