Very please with our new fur baby Stu. He is aclimating well and was delivered with care and love. He is already starting his potty training and is exploring our home and his new surroundings. We are in love and thank Pawrade for our new family member!!

My experience with Pawrade was good overall! Ultimately, they are the reason we have our sweet little Penelope, and for that we are so grateful. The communication was not always the quickest, but it was around the holidays, so we understood people may be taking time off. Everyone we spoke with from Pawrade was very kind and caring. We were encouraged to tip the flight nanny, which was a bit much considering we paid over a thousand dollars for the nanny alone. We did end up tipping him because we were appreciative of him taking good care of our baby, but some people may not be able to tip. I will recommend Pawrade to anyone I know who is looking to bring a fur baby home!
Pawrade is easy and great to deal with I applied for credit and they got me approved in no time at all. The whole process took less than an hour.

Our puppy arrived with parvo virus after not being vaccinated for it prior to travel, and had to be admitted to intensive care less than 24 hours after he arrived. Today marks day 5 of treatment and it's not guaranteed he'll pull through. We've received minimal response from Pawrade and it's shocking they would email for a review during such an emotionally stressful time. I'm hoping they'll reach out to help as we continue to do everything we can financially to try and save this puppies life
Great communication throughout the entire process from Pawrade. Very quick responses at all hours of the Day. Very professional. Pickup from the breeder went very smooth. 10/10 recommend!

Thank you for making it possible for Rosey to join our family. Her arrival was like a dream and we could hope for in a puppy. We love everything about her and this will be one of the best Christmas's ever. BTW, we like the name, Rosey, however, when we saw her, we changed her name to Snickers. Thanks again Richard & Anne

Long drive but I did it got lost couple times same on way home. I had no problems going thru Kansas City. I believe Molly is spoiled she's happy when I'm holding her. She's so neat I just love her and beautiful color. I'm getting Maggie shortly so this should be interesting. Playmates. Thank you very much for my precious beautiful dog. Evelyn. Bixby

Pawrade was a great place to adopt a new puppy! They were really responsive and good at answering any questions I had. Also very accommodating!
We love our puppy - she arrived happy and healthy. Y'all do a good job, just one thought: maybe you could pare down the process and send fewer emails and texts. I found it very confusing.

Everything went smoothly step by step and I have the most beautiful, sweet smart baby EVER. We love her so much already, and her big sissy ( a 2 year old dachshund) loves her too, they have played a lot tonight, the first night home. I love both of them and happy the oldest is not jealous!

Delivery was great. The communication while traveling was excellent. My dog is so timid and doesn't want to be near anyone. I'm hoping it's just travel blues and nothing else! I feel so bad for him because we cannot pet him or get him out of the corner. If there's anything I should know about his condition please tell me so I can help him.

Beyond happy with Pawrade. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. They provide you with so much information and support. It was overwhelming at first, but it helped me a lot in the end. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Don, the puppy concierge. He has very kind and helpful. Once I purchased my puppy, I was switched to the transportation person which I did not find very helpful. I requested multiple times for communications to be texted to my phone as they were with Don, but they were always just in the message center. I coordinated the time and place of the pick up directly with the breeder.

Working with Pawrade to find our new pup was wonderful! The communication of the staff from first inquiry to delivery and even after was easy, smooth and they kept us informed along the way. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to find a new fur baby from a breeder.

Bitsy (formerly Betty) is a joy. She and Motley get along really well. They wrestle and chase each other from the living room through the kitchen into the dining room and back again. She came pee pad trained, almost. She also came with yeast ear infections, which we treated, and Giardia (which we are treating her for). She also has a slight problem with her right hind elbow, which might have a tendency to slip out of the socket, and might cause her to have arthritis in later life. I would like to make a note that the breeder deliberately photographed her so that the white blaze on her chest did not show. She was listed as black & tan, and I would consider that as deceptive advertising. I never planned on breeding her, but the white blaze would have given me pause for thought. It doesn't affect her in any way, but it would have been nice to know beforehand, I love her to pieces with or without the blaze anyway.

I have been looking for a mini dachshund for a very long time. I found Pawrade and couldn't believe how easy it was to find the puppy of my dreams. Unfortunately, once I found the puppy I wanted and reserved her, the breeder backed out of selling her. When Pawrade called and told me that I was very upset. However, Pawrade did everything they could to make sure I found another puppy. Even though I had a problem at first it was fixed very quickly by the staff. I now have a new puppy and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Pawrade for everything you did to get me a new puppy.
Pleased to have puppy, all went well up until flight time. If you have to fly puppy be sure to use a nanny and have them in a reserved seat. Puppy has a clean bill of health. Just what I wanted and waited for after 6 years convencieng my husband to let me get one. He loves her as much as i do. She is awesome 10 weeks and sleeps through the night quietly.
From the very beginning my experience with Pawrade has been outstanding. Their communication is excellent, and I felt like everybody at Pawrade wanted us to be successful with the purchase and aftercare of our new puppy. I was finally able to pick up Chloe yesterday, and the love was immediately real. Such a beautiful, sweet, and charming puppy from the start. It's apparent that she's socialized and confident. The process from beginning to end was perfect. The team at Pawrade made the whole interaction completely seamless. They quickly answered any and all of my questions. I opted to drive to pick up Chloe. The breeder was punctual, professional, and friendly. Having Chloe makes my wiener dog family feel complete ❤
