Since we didn't know anything about the breeder, it was reassuring to make pmts through Pawrade. They were helpful in answering questions, and then putting us in touch with the breeder when the time was right.

Spent quite a bit of time researching the site as a first time user. Once we made our first attempt to reserve our pup we had good and fast communications thru Pawrade. Due to the fluidity of information and travel updates there were a few bumpy but maneageable moments with the flight. My advise ALWAYS is be uber prepared, patient for changes thru Pawrade and the delivery/flight when making plans to receive your pet. The team at Pawrade was fabulous!! Our pup came healthy and happy! Thanks

We are so happy to have this sweet and hilarious puppy in our home. We reached out to several independent breeders and found three who were posting stolen photos and asking for cash payments through Zelle. We found the team at Pawrade to be so communicative and kind — they left us through the process beautifully. Our pup traveled to us via ground transport. This was the only stressful part of the whole experience, but it turned out well in the end. Our puppy has been home with us for a little over one week and he is happy and thriving.

We were very happy with Morgan & Shannon to be communicating with through the whole process along with Dennis Wagster who brought Daisey(our name for Latte) from the breeder in Missouri. She arrived at 5:45 Saturday 17/JUL/2021. Even though she is tiny,we love her very much like we did Cricket-our former min Dachshund who we enjoyed for 11+ years. I was a little nervous starting off with the whole process of purchasing a puppy online. All my questions and concerns were diligently addressed by Peter (he was amazing) and he was happy to answer any questions I had at anytime, very prompt to responding to my questions. I was followed up with multiple times on what to expect when the puppy came home and the flight info needed to pick her up from the airport. This was a very smoothe process. We couldn't by happier with our beautiful Dachshund puppy. Thank you for everything

We're happy with our new pup! Only a few suggestions - 1. have the breeder state or an approximate location given - so people know where they have to travel to get their new pet, etc. 2. Photos of the parents which the puppy comes from. 3. Some more info on the breeders. 4. More prompt responses given that these puppies are expensive and there are so many scammers out there, it would be nice to have immediate feedback.

I am very unhappy with the breeder who sold me Slinky. I tried to register his microchip number, but got a message that there was no account for it. I texted and called the breeder. Each time I was told that there was a mistake and that they will get me my paperwork immediately. This has been going on since March 7. I don't know what to do. My last call was 3/18. I hope you can help. I don't want to rate Pawrade until this problem is resolved.

Hi Alison, we have since been in touch with you and provided you with the instructions on how to register Slinky's microchip. We apologize this was left out as the brochure from the microchip company is normally included when the puppy is delivered.

I used Pawrade for dealing with a breeder in Missouri and all went exceptionally well. They are very trustworthy and reliable. The puppy was also wonderful exactly as advertised. I do recommend Pawrade very strongly. Thank you very much for helping me.
