when james arrived i fell head over heels for him . at first he was shaking, but soon he was cuddled up against me and sound asleep . when my wife came home from new hampshire she absoultley loved him. thank you every one for my wonderful puppy! thanks again !

PAWRADE and everyone in customer service including Williams Puppy Delivery were the most professional and courteous group of people I have worked with. Anytime I emailed with a quick question, Tina would be back to me within minutes. When we received Ally at the door, Karen and Duff were so kind and gentle with her throughout her whole journey. What a flawless process. Peter & Morgan were a huge help and made me feel comfortable with the whole process but also gave great guidance in what to do & what to expect. My puppy is beautiful & healthy. The ground transport came extremely fast considering the distance traveled. He arrived clean & healthy. Don't think twice about Pawrade, there is a lot of moving parts when it comes to buying a puppy online but they manage it very well. As legit as it gets, not a scam so if you see you dream puppy on this site, don't be afraid to pull the trigger! Thanks for my new best friend!

Pawrade was great. At first I was a little worried about purchasing a dog online, but everyone that I talked to answered all my questions, and let me know on every step of the process. I was also worried about transporting "Billy" our puppy, but I was informed when they picked him up, and Michael the transporter let us know when they were close to our house, and he arrived in perfect condition. Billy is a bundle of energy but so far is a great dog. Thank you Pawrade for making our experience easy and wonderful.

Since we didn't know anything about the breeder, it was reassuring to make pmts through Pawrade. They were helpful in answering questions, and then putting us in touch with the breeder when the time was right.

Spent quite a bit of time researching the site as a first time user. Once we made our first attempt to reserve our pup we had good and fast communications thru Pawrade. Due to the fluidity of information and travel updates there were a few bumpy but maneageable moments with the flight. My advise ALWAYS is be uber prepared, patient for changes thru Pawrade and the delivery/flight when making plans to receive your pet. The team at Pawrade was fabulous!! Our pup came healthy and happy! Thanks

We are so happy to have this sweet and hilarious puppy in our home. We reached out to several independent breeders and found three who were posting stolen photos and asking for cash payments through Zelle. We found the team at Pawrade to be so communicative and kind — they left us through the process beautifully. Our pup traveled to us via ground transport. This was the only stressful part of the whole experience, but it turned out well in the end. Our puppy has been home with us for a little over one week and he is happy and thriving.

We were very happy with Morgan & Shannon to be communicating with through the whole process along with Dennis Wagster who brought Daisey(our name for Latte) from the breeder in Missouri. She arrived at 5:45 Saturday 17/JUL/2021. Even though she is tiny,we love her very much like we did Cricket-our former min Dachshund who we enjoyed for 11+ years.
