We received our puppy Trixie a fawn dachshund at 5:30 am She was adorable in the arms of the gentleman who had transported her with other puppies that were being delivered Her papers in snd and a bag of food I signed for her and he was off to his next stop. Very happy with Pawrades standard of security to whom is buying the puppy online I was able to chat with the representative for questions I had I had bought our last puppy off Puppy Spot Very similar experience I highly recommend

One of the reps was repeatedly non-responsive. I had asked for pictures of parents, along with another two pieces of info and had to hunt her down for a reply. Once I received an ETA for delivery, it was 7-11pm this past Friday (the night of Labor Day Weekend)-I asked if the 3-day "calendar" policy for a wellness visit, could be changed, given I had to move my established vet appointment from Friday morning to a holiday weekend appointment. She never replied and luckily I figured it out. Aside from all of this, there were a lot of hidden fees that would not exist. I could have gone to a pet store for less fees (which is not the route I wanted to take). The delivery service was fantastic, which is the only reason I've rated this 2 stars.

Purchase was good. Consiair service was useless. Pet Transport went well. I'm still left feeling and wondering if everything was completed correctly. No support.

Parade was great to work with in regards to finding my puppy. I felt safe during the process that I wasn't being scammed since there is so much fraud these days. They responded to all my questions quickly and reached out to me via phone calls to ensure all my questions were answered. I recommend them if you are looking for a puppy from a breeder.

The Pawrade team is incredible! They made the task of purchasing my pup a breeze. They offer financing and even travel plans for pups who might be across state lines! The staff were so nice and awesome communicators. I was well informed on how to prepare for my pup’s arrival too!

Our new baby came to us this morning. Daphne formerly Naomi was a bundle of joy. She took to her new surroundings quickly and was introduced to our other pets. She hung out with Tonya most of the morning in her office at home. She would run around and then take a nap shortly there after. She will be a loved on lil pup by all the family. Thanks for all y’all’s help in getting us together with Daphney.

Pawrade staff are wonderful to work with and communication is excellent! They answered all my questions and addressed important concerns immediately, ethically and honestly. Ember (renamed 'Coco') is the second puppy we've secured through Pawrade. We acquired 'Stella' 3.5 years ago and had a wonderful experience. When we decided to expand our family with a second puppy, we immediately went to the Pawrade website; the rest is history! Coco was delivered by two polite and caring young men who provided all the information we required to get started raising Coco. Chances are good that we won't be growing our family any larger, but if we did, Pawrade would be our first choice.
