Brielle is an absolute delight! My husband and I love her so much and will be forever grateful to Pawrade for doing the heavy lifting and helping bring this wonderful girl into our home. Support team was very responsive and answered all my questions without any issues. I do have a couple constructive criticisms, though. First, some of the instructions for the day of delivery were unclear. The form and instructions implied I would need to take the full body shot of me holding Brielle myself (or my husband take the picture) and upload it, so this caused some confusion and panic when our puppy arrived. However, the delivery team took the photo and uploaded it for us. No big deal. Second, the delivery team was not very responsive. When contacting them, it took hours to get a response with very few updates. They arrived at 4:45 AM, which we knew might happen, but the communication could have been much more efficient and timely. Regardless, I will forever recommend Pawrade to everyone :)

The whole process was easy, with great communication on the next steps. Bailey is a wonderful puppy, happy and playful as can be. Would definitely purchase another puppy through Pawrade if we were in the market for one more. Thank you for making this whole experience possible.

Pawrade made it possible for me to find and adopt the most adorable pup without fear of a scam or purchasing from a puppy mill. The process was so streamlined and efficient that I was updated and notified any time there was information to share about Gucci’s pending delivery. I would strongly recommend Pawrade and All of the employees who assisted me in the application, approval, payment, and finally the delivery of my Gucci Girl!

We seemed to get off to a rocky start. I dealt with at least 3 different women - my emails and phone calls went unanswered. (a puppy scam was always in the back of my mind). Eventually it all worked put well enough. The delivery was just weird - not much communication on route. No note/call to say the trip had begun and then to be told that she was arriving late Tuesday or the wee hours of Wednesday. She did arrive at midnight which I guess was the best outcome. but definitely odd

I had an amazing experience! I had been scammed 2 times before I found pawrade. There was always someone available to talk to me about the puppy. I asked for new pics and I got them. All my questions were answered and everyone was so nice! I will recommend parade to anyone looking for a new family member!

Pawrade the company was very good in responding to all my questions. My only complaint is that your breeders need to be vetted a little more. My Doxie arrived on Wednesday morning 2:30 AM. I think they need to plan their trips a little better because getting a puppy at 2:30 am was a fiasco. Also, he keep scratching his ears, when I checked them they were supper dirty. I cannot believe that this puppy was supposably checked by a vet the day before. I took him to my vet of 20 years and he cleaned his ears and told me he had an ear infection in both ears. Overall the puppy is doing good and he is very playful and we are already in love with his little personality

I would highly recommend! They went far and above to get my puppy to me. He is my little man… even though he got on time they went above and beyond. As far as my little squirt… he is a handful but I wouldn’t trade him for anything On another note… I wouldn’t trade him for anything.

It was good except one problem you might want to tell future breeders. Olive is precious . The only problem Imhad was she smelled bad . I had to give her a bath when we returned to our hotel room the water was brown. If the breedets want to sell their pups they should be clean and smell Clean when giving to the buyer. Olive was not a clean puppy when I got here . But other than that after you and I got things worked out everything was ok. Thank you'♥️♥️♥️

I’m not to happy. I got an unregistered micro chip & she (Lucy) is not up to date on her puppy shots.. I wasn’t aware I had to pay for registration because of how much I paid for her.. I took her to the vet today & now I have to go back in 2 weeks for more shots… I’m not happy….

We are so happy with our new addition to the family. She is the cutest sweetest little thing. I was kind of hesitant starting this process as I have never purchased a dog before my other cats and dogs have all been rescued or from a shelter, but I have always wanted a Doxin puppy so I came across pawrade and figured I would take a look not thinking I would actually get a puppy, but I came across Charlize on here and just fell in love I took the chance and started the process and it was actually very easy and quick. Everyone involved was very prompt on sending me info and walking me through everything. Then a week later we got her. I chose to skip the delivery process since where she was is within driving distance and we drove about 3 1/2 hours to get her and that was probably the downside of the whole thing and the drive back but well worth it for a lifetime of love and spoiling this sweet baby. Thank you to everyone involved with this process.

Such a great experience! Parade was so very good at keeping me informed of my dogs journey all through this experience of selecting and purchasing my puppy as well as her delivery. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase an animal through this company.

Despite this company’s claims against puppy mills, this sweet dog clearly came from one. Upon arrival, he was filthy, and sadly sustained a laceration to his nose during transit. Half his nose fell off as soon as the delivery van drove off. It was traumatic. We had to head to the ER immediately. At the ER, the puppy was diagnosed with skin rashes, a double ear infection, overgrown toenails that would cause scratching and further bleeding cuts, and our vet later confirmed giardia and coccidia. This puppy has clearly never been handled or outside a crate. His paperwork had issues that complicated his delivery, and the breeder’s signature is different on every form! Thank god this tiny puppy is going to get treatment and have a good life, but I would never recommend this breeder or this service again. Absolutely criminal.
