We got our new Baby safe and sound! He traveled from Missouri to Oregon using the pampered ground delivery. When he got here he was happy and healthy. We are so in love with him and I think we will use this service again in the future if we get another fur baby to love on.

The was a very easy transaction to be able to get our puppy, Else home to us. We were kept informed every step of the way. I really like that the transport company sent be a link and we could keep up with our puppies travels from start to finish. Good job Pawrade!!!
The whole experience was an unforgettable dream for us. Our new boy Braxton is everything we could of prayed for and more. The only reason I am not rating this experience a 5 is only because Braxton was STINKY!!! But after his bath, it seemed to give Braxton even more confidence!! Thank You very much for all Y'all have done in completing our family!
Really had a wonderful experience getting my Frenchie through Pawrade. Communication was great from beginning to end which made the whole process easy. Wonderful staff members really care about the puppy's well being and making sure that all my questions were answered. Really made my experience with Pawrade very enjoyable.

The whole process from start to finish was easy. Communication was excellent throughout the process and I received so much information and help via emails. Answers to questions were prompt, and I was even able to arrange a zoom call with the breeder. My puppy is the best thing on the planet, I love her! She's healthy and amazing! I'm grateful to Pawrade for helping me find her.

I received my lovable 5 lbs of joy promptly. Exactly 2 weeks from the purchase as explained during initial purchase. The only negatives I have is during "wellness check visit" her poop sample came back positive for "Coccidia" which I handled immediately at the vet. The website also stated $749 for a "pampered travel flight" when delivery email came it stated "ground transportation" I was then explained to it was the same price which also bothered me a little. Other than that smooth process.

We recieved our sweet puppy on Wed . morning on the date we were given. She was very quiet. We think she didn't know what was happening. The delivery man was very knowledgeable about feeding Bella( Betty) and giving her the Nutra- Cal and any other questions we had. The weather was slippery as it had rained and temp went down below freezing. We were worried about the transport. Bella is as sweet as can be. Our hearts are happy. Thank you for you for being there to make this possible. ELIZABETH H. and family.
It was a very smooth process. We were informed periodically of each step and received reminders for the tasks we needed to complete to finalize adding our newest family member. :) Thank you Pawrade!

I found an absolutely perfect puppy family member with Pawrade's help! Pawarade was very helpful throughout the adoption process. Carli was a wonderful guide. She smoothed out all the details and was always available when I had questions or needed info. After spending time with my pup, I've realized just how special the breeder is! Overall I had a good experience with PawRade. My only critique is that there are too many hands in the cookie jar. I think it would be easier to deal with one person, not various people for various reasons. Working with one person from start to finish would be ideal. With that being said, everyone I worked with was very helpful accept when I asked for the signed document for transfer of ownership. I still have yet to receive that document or an email acknowledgment.

At first everyone at pawrade seemed eager to help and get me connected to get my frenchbulldog puppy. The process was rather painful after I paid my deposit. I had to keep an eye on their website because no one returned my phone calls. I almost canceled getting the puppy. My initial contact Sarah vanished after I paid my pet deposit. I ended up having to talk and communicate with many people to.get my puppy. This entire process was almost a huge waste of time.
