We bought Stella as a surprise for our son for Christmas. Pawrade was absolutely wonderful. We were very skeptical and nervous about the whole process, someone was always there answering questions. There was constant communication through calling, texting or emailing while walking us through the whole process. Our precious baby was delivered with no issues and right on time. I would absolutely recommend Pawrade.

I adorn my precious Frazier. He unfortunately came with a cough and is on his second round of antibiotic's. You wouldn't know he has it because he is a real pest to his sisters, 2 partie yorkies, one 4 lbs and the other 8. It's been nearly 2 weeks and my pack is finally beginning to mesh. He needed to start training on potty pads because we were snowed I. Completely and the yorkies are used to that way and he picked it right up. Maybe 50%success rate. Pawrade is pricey but know I have a quality pup. Grateful I pushed the button.

She is now named Bella. She is the sweetest puppy that I've ever been around. She started attachment with me as soon as she arrived. She is sweet, bright, playful, cuddly & fears that I will leave her. She cries for me when I'm nowhere to be found. I definitely am getting her trained. She likes to bite me like she's still with her litter mates. Goes on pad very rarely. Have potty problems.
Excellent communication and delivery.
It was smooth sailing! Everyone was very helpful.
The process was very easy. I'm just a little sad that my dog came to me with a cold.

I liked the overall experience, Demi's breeder was very attentive all the time, and Pawrade representatives were quick to respond before the adoption was completed. After we signed all the documents and paid the fees, there were some complications, as Demi was bitten by a fire ant and had to be treated for a couple of weeks. During this process, communication was really slow with Pawrade, it took days to get a reply to my messages (when they should have been on top of it, given my pup was sick), and I even had to reach out to the personal phone of our initial representative to get some answers (Thanks Larry for your help!)

I really was skeptical at first, after reading some of the other reviews but I went ahead and took a chance because I just couldn't let my opportunity to get our little Louie pass me by. From start to finish, including delivery and setting up the complimentary MetLife policy, the entire transaction was seamless! All terms and conditions were thoroughly outline in all of the paperwork and the staff with pawrade kept me up to date on everything.
Pawrade made finding our new family member so easy. They did all the communication with the breeder and kept in touch with me at every step. We love our new puppy so much. My daughter is over the moon.

We are so pleased. Our puppy is the best! Thank you to our breeder for providing such a well loved, well adjusted girl! The process was mostly seamless and most of the staff was very helpful. My recommendation is to ask for anything and everything you want. No one on staff offers many suggestions. I found out after the fact that I could have had a face time with my puppy and the breeder but no one told me until I met the breeder. She was asking for a facetime to let us know our puppy and to know us. Pawrade told her we hadn't requested it. We didn't know we could. Also, Pawrade is very tight on the contact info between the buyer and breeder even when the purchase has been made. Also, a little frustrating when you're trying to figure out all the little details to expect for your puppy. All of that being said, we are in absolute love with our baby and thank Mary, the wonderful breeder for such a wonderfully sweet girl.
Thanks to Carlos for his patience because this was my second trial for a French bulldog. The first try failed through scamming. But overall this process was excellent. I did not agree to the two different sale tax charges but it is over now. Thank you all for your reliable services.

Our new family member is fitting right in. I met the breeder & she was wonderful. I was able to get more information about the puppy & parents history. He is already owning the home.
